check it out if you have a decent internet connection
Yeah get along to this. Its the last one forever as the locals have pulled the plug due to noise regulations and the like. Its run by the fassifern car club. Just a word of warning don't take girlfriends there as its a lot of pissed guys abusing people but the driving bits are sweet.
Yep goes straight in ive got one in my ke20. Just make sure you pull the master cylinder down and clean it and hone the bore just to be certain. You can never be too careful with brakes.
Did anyone ever make a crossflow head for a k-series motor because i was told they were made for moters in minis.
Am i right in assuming that is the main design fault in them (the head design)
Thanks for that, I'll check that out.
On a side note there were really good colour photos of corollas racing at bathurst in one of those magazines a little while ago.
I agree with Jamie on this one. Having had both i know that the open diff is much preffered to a welded up one. Hearing little bits of weld bouncing around in the housing when you back off can be a bit disconcerting at times.
Is rollaclub even on google?
ive looked up corolla and old corolla and the like and never found this site till the all toyota day where i got myself a sticker.
That car is awesome but your right he would have poured plenty of money into it. look at how clean his workshop is. Sure beats the hell out of my dusty area under the house.
Or you can get lucky like me an score a decent ke20 shell with a 5k, extracters, and a 2inch exhause for 400 bucks off a guy who really needed rego money :) :D
