If i remember correctly i just used the same cross member.

Pretty easy in a ke20 if i remember correctly. Just need the ke20 manual pedal box and it bolts in relativley easy. It was a while ago but i think it only took a couple of hours.

I got a 5k on ebay the other week for $50 :) which had already had a solid lifter conversion, headwork and huge cam (apparently). Just keep an eye out in the trading post and also on ebay and this forum sometimes has these items. anyway good luck with your project.

Nah i used a buff on a bench grinder. LOL i sanded all the pits out first, then buffed with a hard woven rag buff then used the intermediate buff then used the fluffy soft one. And finished them off with a chux and mothers metal polish. I had way too much spare time haha.

Yeah i always run at least 4 or 5 tabs simultaneouly as well as messenger, media player and word and never have any crashes or speed issues.

Well it started off when my dad and i started to look at cars for my first ride (bout 3 years ago now) we came accross a decent ke70 going cheap with a pretty much rust free body. So a respray by a mate on the weekend and it was looking tip-top. After learning to drive in it and basic tinkering, learnign from my dad as we replaced a lot of things and fitted a stereo and just generally tidied it up. From there i havent stopped ive owned 5 already and I'm only 17 :) :lmao:

Yeah munros are about $150 or so for gt gas strut inserts bout $100 for rears i think. It was a while ago i got this gear. But mate seriously get some lowered king springs munro shocks and decent 185 tyres your 20 wil drive like its on rails.

Yeah thats where my car was keyed in the carpark while at work. I'm with you nick all my money is going towards engine/drivetrain/suspension these days. Good paint jobs and daily drivers don't mix too well.
