hey all, just came accross this site while looking for some info and parts for my cars
i love KE70's always wanted a mean rotary powered 1 so...
This is my 1982 ke70 its running a Mazda Rotary 13b engin

Now to explain a few things that you might not know about:
Full cut Bridge port - this means that both the primary and secondary ports are fully Bridgeported
not just 1 or the other or a small and a large port.
Rotary engins come in 6port or 4port configurations (this refers to inlet ports),
generally people use 4port motors to port out etc but mine is a 6port which means
it has higher compression and lighter rotors and 3mm apexes, which are very desirable.
It also has a Tallport center plate, Which are very sort after because they have much larger inlet ports
Suspension is modified corona front struts which have been shortened, runs superlow king springs front and rear
also the front arms and stuff are adjustable i think there AE86 or they may be XT130
Brakes, its got Dics brakes all round of a rwd toyota that ran a 3TGTE (1800 dohc turbo) so stud has remained
4x441.3 rwd toyota. Was running AE86 Brakes but these ones ive got now are slightly bigger.
Diff is a genuine AE86 LSD, holds up very well mean sideways and skid action lol :y:

p.s: This is my current project 1980 KE70 Twin headlight Delux. has full tan vynal interior
very different from any other ke/ae70s ive seen and also the vynal roof which i thing makes the car.
Also come out from the factory with twin fule fillers and ran both LPG and Petrol.
It took me 5-6years of hasselling a old lady to buy this car :) always wanted it from the 1st day i saw it
told all my m8s 1 day I'm going to buy that and put a rotary in it..... funny thing was no 1 believed me :y:
but Dreams do come true haha and the project is well on its way
