so, so, so angry right now.... turns out some f@$king iron dust got in under the Circuit Opening Relay and was holding the switch open and because its magnetised, it would not move :wub: cheers kebin and medicine_man for your help. now to finish my diagrams and understand this mess :D

believe it or not it was an auto sparky :wub: as per this diagram where to 10A Ignition and 15A Efi go?

This is how the relays map out and how i believe they connect based on the club4ag wiring diagram, my engine bay and its colours. gotta get a multi meter with buzzer so i can check a couple more things. is this what it should look like?

yes there is a circuit opening relay, diagram says there is a fuel pump relay, but its a conversion so can't be sure

ok, so no prime on cranking. getting no voltage reading across the fuel pump. what else can I check?

Could someone tell me what would cause my intercooler piping to be lined with this? Doesnt smell oily No milky sludge under the oil cap Oil is topped up Water is topped up has been getting rather warm lately burns 2 sec of oil on ignition (valve stem seals?) breather and catch tank to fix perhaps?

hmm... shortened diff so I'm going to have to get my axles shortened too. There is no alternative to shortening axles or screwing bearings?

So my drums are screwed and I figured I'd do the conversion while I'm in there fixing the old. So my question is has anyone done this and is anyone keen to give me a hand to do it. It's my daily so I'd be keen to do it asap. Also if anyone is near a wreckers who has seen the required parts and is keen to grab them and post them that would be great.

sorry the correct term should have been cranks, was in a hurry. main link to the ecu at the main fuse had come loose when I was inspecting the headlight relay, which fooled me into thinking the ecu was dead Now to fix my lights :jamie:

Right, just need another brain to confirm that Ive cooked my ECU. Yesterday I was trying to fix my head light when I blew some fuses, but think I blew more than that. For a bit I had limp home mode, but then everything died, no engine light, no fuel prime, nothing. All other electrics, lights, stereo, heater etc are all still fine. Pulled the ECU out and it just revs as if it was still plugged. Anyone got one I could borrow and perhaps buy if it fixes it? Cheers

Hey, so my handbrake cable has gone loose and I can't tighten it anymore. Can anyone with a ke3x and vl borgwarner diff recommend a cable to go with it?

does anyone have pics of standard and what they changed to? ie. stock ke35 and then NC pajero with intake in the pic for comparrison sake.

what are your coils from? 1/2zzfe?
