hey guys ive just recently installed a jdm tank into my sprinter however it appears now that the car wont start up? Ive checked: 1) All lines and that they are connected correctly 2) Prime the fuel line of any air 3) check pump if it is actually even working (which it is). 4) Spark plug wise the car did not have any issues with it before i installed the jdm tank So what could it be? Can you please help me find the root of the problem. Muchly appreciated, Dave

yep everything is correct. Lowest point to fuel pump > fuel rail. Than return from engine to surge and overflow back to fuel tank

hi trev its 4age sprinter. I'm running a facet style lift pump and possibly a bosch 070 or 044 fuel pump (came with car) thats about it. Any idea what it could be??

hey guys ive just recently fitted a surge tank setup in my car. However now my engine is not getting enough fuel as the car is not running smoothly and is misfiring. Ive double checked all the hoseing and everything looks to be in the right spot. I'm thinking the fuel pump is not pumping enough fuel?? Also when i switch the car to start the fuel pump doesnt prime, only until i completely turn the car on then it decides to pump fuel. If anybody can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
