Ok guys and girls Not sure if you watch the news but its crazy flooding in coffs harbour/bellingen area (where i am) i got caught in them in the ke70 all i can say is thnakgod iwas smart enough to change to an electronic distributer. as i had to drive through water up to my bonnet (car isnt lowered :S) most of the car stuff i bought that i didnt pack away got rained on (including the 7 rib block) and now the 7 rib is rusted my car conked out twice in about 1.5 foot -1m high rushing water that i needed to get through to get home, but it started up again both times :bash: so my 20min dirve from tafe to home turned into a 5 hour drive as i was waiting/ looking for the best route home it was very scary as i was by myself and mobiles didnt work on the highway i drove past 10+ cars on my side of the road that were completely totalled! was like a war zone, or something you would see in those end of the wolrd zombie/alien movies the sirens are still going off i can hear them when i walk outside and tonight is supposedly even worse than last night! i went for a drive after work through the town, it turns out a leisure cruise boat i helped make at work 12 years ago with my dad is capsized and beached 10km up riverr then about 15km along the beach, because the entire warf it was tied to washed away!!! there are cars in the main street that you can see an inch of the roof line of them BIG CLEAN UP to be done so thats whats my omg Travis o and ps. i just blew the head gasket in ym ke70, off to the workshop i go now to pull out the other stocker 4k out of one of the ke70's and chuck it in the black one :y: f@$king ghey

cool, well since the microtech is second hand and was used on a diahatsu charade, how will i tell what map and stuff it has on it? and whether it is wideband how do i tell? very new and confusing to me, but i understand a few of the electronics stuff associated with it cheers Travis

sweet is tuning hard to learn? as I'm going to have to learn how to tune a microtech lt10s to a jdm bigport 4age by myself, with no previous experiance :y: and it has a diahatsu charade base map :) so we shall see how i go :cool: might have a bit of a help from a mate who built some lads rally car lancer from Coffs. I'm actually looking forward to it! got any pointers? for boht tuning and the conversion? cheers Travis

yea i agree with that too seminars are f@$kin boring I'm guilty of it and they deny'd raliegh raceway of havin a 1/4 mile, cause of road noise @#$%#$@$%@!!!!!! kids would go there if it was cheap enough, just put up sound barriors @#$#$!!! even kids watchin drifts and stuff gets rid of some testosterone, sure some go whoah i wanna try that, but some go why thats cool, whoah look at that PRO fly off the road, i wont try that till i do on a track cause imagine if i tried that in my car on a road, no way would it do it. Kinda talk they definately shouldnt close places, they need to open more!! go karting also gets rid of testosterone!

i completely agree orange lj they aint gonna stop em all dieing so stop giving us all a bad name for the select few who f@$k it up i do believe we should all go through defensive driving courses though all of my friends drive front wheel drive and after its been rainin and were talkin about cars there like man i had my 121 sideways around the roundabout the other day, just put the foot down and th back kicked out, HOW? who knows but they firmly believe it i would never let any of my friends anywhere near my car especially in the wet because they would gun it and it would kick out for real and they wouldnt know what to do cause they don't have the experiance or knowledge we do learn it on our p's but these kids that drive around there fwd low powered cars that "kick out and drift" in the wet without doin handbrakeys or anything get off there p's and go buy a commodore v8 or a turbo skyline, and they will I'm talkin to one o mates right now and hes savin for an r32 for 5000, hes wont get one in decent condition but thats another story anyway when they do, they will kick out for real but they havent even had the experiance in a low powered rwd car and probably expect it to handle the same as the 121's and lasers and excels so i vote defensive driving courses :) my rant, i love long ones cause i write long ones about this subject :cool: Travis

i guess but he got it bloody easy, and he had a overrated mx5 convertable that he just bought, said he blew it up and got to drive the soarer instead because it was "the cheapest" car they could find on the market that he wanted and needed to get school so he got it in like a week, they approved o well, but i woulda drove the mx5 anyway, was nice and was the lsd stock version too :)

but there not, you pay 50 bucks and my mate got a letter sayin hes allowed to drive his twin turbo modified soarer, a white kitteed version of corolla gurl's got it easy as, so stupid!

Maybe it could be set up as ke** models can only run k series engines, and only the engines that came designated in their car class, ie ke55 ke70 etc and for the people that own ae71 series they can run the 4a 4ages and 4afes etc etc, what about fwd series, they also came out with 4a series engines? would they have another separate class too? 4age nd t50 are the most common. though as an upgrade people run w58's and stronger diffs Travis

The injectors go into the head though so there is no problem getting them to fit, yea i think i will just go cheap and make a set with dead dellortos, if i can find a couple of dead ones for cheap :) but i will look because the other stuff i can do myself easy cuzzo, that is very nice! so clean it almost looks stock like its meant to be there ahaha :( cheers Travis
