An ae71 has a slanted front, an early model ke70 has a flat front, a late model ke70 has a slanted front Overseas corollas are the ones with quadheadlights or a different style front, kind of a cross between flat and slanted You will get used to them and the different names, just keep looking around, look at rides threads and in the automotive sections Cheers Travis

Yea Roo i figured that out when i had a second look at it today after Justin questioned it Meh welds are OK.... was so thin, and i had to weld pissy thin stainless in awkward positions to the steel pedal box.... But it will hold I have no doubt in my mind that the welds will hold I think I will use different material next time for ease of welding. Nah Luke you must have been having a moment I copied it off the original pedal box i have, so its correct :) Now i just need to get a pedal and make it suit my needs :D Travis

Ok so here are the pictures of the pedal box. I need the clutch pedal, so far I'm only half happy with the position of the holes for the clutch cylinder, it loks about 3mm out to me..... i think the peice that the pedal connects to is too wide..... But i need the pedal to check, and i need it to be a ke70 manual pedal.... which I'm getting off a mate anytime soon. Heres pics: Opinions? Really want that pedal!!!! Cheers Travis

Update: I made a manual pedal box out of my ae71 auto pedal box today, looks sexy. I'm getting a clutch pedal soon, hopefully after this weekend and i will modify it to suit. And yes i have pictures, but i thought i transfered them to my computer, and i deleted them before i checked they actualy transferred, so i had wrong pictures on computer and originals not on the phone :wink: And no I'm not gonna go to the workshop just to get pictures of it for you,you will all have to wait till tomorow or whenever i get down there again :lol: Trust me, Its worth the wait. Alright bit of a rust update, its the work i did last week This weekend and tomorow ill do a bit more polishing, bit more rust and prepping for seam welding :lol: :hmm: Car is payed off tomorow, but to pay it off completely i have to be broke next week ahaha :wink: But that means next friday i will have money Also my mum just booked a trip to fiji yesterday, so I'm gonna take a nice big bag of F(iji)DM (aka jdm in fiji) goodies home from the trip :y: Heres pics: Tail light panel is only sitting there not welded in yet Man there is way too much rust in this thing :n: Anyway ill put more progress pics up during the weekend or next week sometime Also if anyone wants me to get them something from fiji for there car, let me know, might be able to organise something :y: Cheers Travis

Ahh ok, Alex, i will question later about them and look into them with my various contacts :P As for the RSPCA We have a ridgebackxdingo that we got from the rspca about 10 years ago, the dog was beaten before it got to the rspca, i love the rspca and what they do, and i feel sad when i think aobut the animals, but i don't think i could ever get another dog from there, all the dogs ive seen or got from there are very mentally affected from there experiances. The animals were traumatised and there memories stick with them and i can see it in their eyes when there worried, I am not sure about the puppies as they are so young and may forget what happened, but probably not, its a sad case but they are more trouble than a dog you have from a pup. I don't know if people agree but thats my feeling, WGMG, animal cruelty, it is nothing but wrong, and i personally can't stand it

So its a fwd 4age engined corolla? Why do you want twin turbo? Any special reason? Because depending on when and how much power you want depends on your turbo. I have barely looked into turbo's But I do rememeber reading somewhere that a certain WRX turbo suits it very evenly. With the twin turbo's look at supra's and soarers, the 2jz is an engine with almost double the diplacement yours has if its a 4age or similar 1.6. And they come stock Twin turbo but people put a big single on, not too many go bigger twins, so have a think about a big single, or what i always reckon is cool, supercharged and turbocharged 4ages, not too many, but man there cool. Have a think about it anyway :P And where are you located? Cheers Travis
