What i was thinkin was have seperate meet points where people from say the southern suburbs, Northern etc. meet together then cruise as a group to a centeral meet point. id really love to get the rolla out on a cruise so here my 2c go help get one organised. CHEERS Ryan

Saw 2 KE30's on my way home today about 3pm. 1 was turning right off of lonsdale highway onto sullies beach road. 2nd on was on Sheriffs road crossing Lonsdale highway away from Dickson Glass. CHEERS Ryan

yeah a guy that previously owned my rolla has another 25 with a 7k TURBO running garret and daw thru sidedraught in it but it was too much hassle to register a 25 with a 7k legaly so its registered as a 5k. i think he just sold it for $3,000 if i had the money id buy it but a 1st yr apprentice wage isnt that generous. but for 3 grand got u the car, spare 5k setup for turbo, fresh lsd and a shed full of parts. i kno i'll be kickin myself for not gettin it. yeah just seein if anybody had done that conversion. I kno its not a performance motor. but itd be interesting to see how one fits in a 25 bay tho. I'm puttin in a 4k next weekend ($50 bargin) so i'll see how it goes and then see if i wanna go further with it. when i decide to get a new runabout i might bung one in and see if i can't kill myself in it. haha CHEERS Ryan

Howdy everybody, was just thinkin of possible engine conversions for the 25. the idea of the toyota Hilux 22r (2.4lt 4cyl) motor popped up as we have a hilux in the shed. just wanting to kno IF it could be done or if its been done before. I think i saw 1 in a 25 on an overseas corolla site. and most of all would it be legal, don't want the po-po on me :nervous: CHEERS Ryan

Hey Tally, That 25 u seen, was it red? mighta been me maybe as i was in the city that night, yes the rolla is a bit rough atm, but will be undergoin a small makeover soon. I'm only new here but ive had me 25 for about 6 months and licence (p's) for about 6 weeks. hahaha good fun. CHEERS Ryan
