    7k

you have to fit the 7k engine mounts (rubber mount, not the cross member mount) as the 7k mounts are thinner to compensate for the wider block. If need be i MIGHT be able to get it welded, no promises tho.
  4. Next time mate. and there WILL be a next time :)
  5. Well it was a bit of a long distance thing so i could get away with most things but i didn't risk it lol. but now I'm truly free hahaha.

Had to get used to driving a car again, the steering and accelerator is SOO much lighter in the ute, spun it up a couple of times before i re adjusted. SO WHENS THE NEXT GO KART NIGHT HUH HUH?????

I'll bring the bottle down friday night and show ya:) Heres a pic of my wheels just after being polished with PURPLE. Ryan LOVES THE SHINEY
  16. I took up the offer of a free brake inspection at ABS in reynella. told me it'd be about $1300 to replace the pads, disks (ke30 i think),piston seal on a rear drum, new flexable brake lines and a couple things extra on a KE25. while showing me the flexible brake lines which were on the verge of poping, the guy points to them with his ball point pen and proceeds to poke the bulge in the line with his pen, WHAT A MUPPET!! grabbed some KE55 brake lines for free at the wreckers, picked up a full KE30 front brake setup for $30 and used the pads (sold the rest for $20), a brake bleeding kit ($10) and 2 bottles of brake fluid $6 each (castrol). so all up it cost me about $30 to fix up what was needed and what i didnt do that they told me seemed fine when i checked it. I'm not goin back to ABS reynella in a hurry, charge WAYYYYYYY TOOO MUCH. especially $500 to supply and fit a K series clutch :y: picked up a virtually brand new full clutch setup for $34 from the wreckers. As you can see, i love the wreckers. LOTS of rolla stuff.
  17. Hey mate, shmick 20 you have there. 2 questions for ya, were there any tricky bits on getting the LPG to work with the turbo. and who did ya intake manifold and can i have one? :y:
  18. The 7K apparantly has thinner mounts to compensate for the wider block. so it'll bolt up to the original mounts but modding of the sump is needed to clear the crossmember or visa versa (id mod the sump personally).
  19. that'd be right. a a 4K is a Stroked 3K, a 5k is a bored 4K and a 7k from what ive heard is a stroked 5k???
  20. Mount a nitrous injetor there ey bro  Yea EGR is what id say its for, seing as it doesnt have the external piping like the KE70 4k manifold i have here.
  21. What are u guys talking bout. she's still got another 20,000km left on them:p maybe you could use them for pizza cutters or put them on a circular saw. Just be lucky they didn fail on ya.
  22. Yea, thats what id thoguth would happen. (low comp = sluggish Might make it look like some of the rollas on the road today  Just asking because i have a little plan in the making.
  23. Thanks man, i didnt even know someone had done it. But it helps now. How many pounds are you pumping into it with the 8:1 CR? Also would she still run ok as N/A with the low CR? CHEERS Ryan
  24. I'm looking at buying a 5K powered rolla and my plans are to boost it. (supercharge or Turbo). i kno sticking a 5K head on a 4 or 3K will lift comp thru the roof. so if i were to put a 3 or 4k head on a 5k would this lower comp enough to leave the internals alone. And which head out of the 3 or 4K has the biggest/smallest chamber size? CHEERS Ryan
