  4. Ok. updates anyone? Rear main is on, sump on, sandwich plate, flywheel, clutch AND 5 SPEEED. Tomorrow is prolly a no go. was meant to comfirm with them today but thet were closed. ah well, next satdee.

    Have spotted that red 55 buzz'n round collanades/noarlunga tafe. That coral 55 was on here at one stage. Spotted it a while ago on marion road. Has a 12A rotor in it :P

  11. SC and brackets etc arrived today. The brackets/ piping and modded engine mount are REALLLY Crude. Will be making my own. I know you didnt make them Dan so no sweat. 5spd gettin dropped off tommorow :P

ALternator painted and installed, just hunting down top bracket in the shed. gave the sump the 50th coat of paint to get it lookin acceptible. just waiting to get the engine off the stand so i can get rid of the old rear main gasket. then the rear main will go on, sump and it will be all together :D Just have to orgainse 5spd and saturday will be all go.
  13. mine still has the auto loom in it. i just ran 2 wires with male spade connectors on one end and female bullet connectors for the reverse switch. And a short ( 1-1.5inches) length of wire with male spade connectors to bridge the starter switch. you'll figure out which is which pretty easily if you can't remember.
  14. spark plugs fouled maybe. I've heard carbon build up can also cause run on. to clean it out without taking the head off you can spray a very fine mist of water over the carb and let it suck it in, theres some other liquid you can use but i can't remember.
  15. should just be able to pick up a load of ones from the wreckers. would be cheap and simple.

Oh, pretty easy to get from the city area out to your joint. Second above quote, Street directory/GPS is one of those things you really wanna have in anycar.
