265mm free height should get you 5mm off of lowest legal height (at least in SA). Thats what i got ready to go into my 30.

I have a surge tank that I'm happy to get rid of. Bought it for the fuel setup in the 30 but no longer need it.

i just bridged my starter loom where ti plugged into the park switch (on the trans tunnel). also ran the reverse switch wires from there too.

Hmmmmmmmmm, interesting. I don't think i'll be needing stainless, just gonna get painted black anyway. If i can supply some steel plate 8mm maybe, we could possibly sit down and make some CAD drawrings. least they'd all be spot on specs :yes:

well imagine that, with a enlarged hole for the 30/55 shifter position, then more enlargement for the 70 position

just have to widen the rear of hole in the floor. was an auto so it has an elongated hole in the floor. doing the same as when the previous owner did when he put the 4spd in.

i will prolly have an esky in the car too. Gonna dump the all the tyres and tools and spare parts out of the boot and with the full esky the car should weigh the same :yes:
