  1. Sure thing... how's the red T18 sound??? I don't think Jo would let you take her white one, and I'll be chopping up in the green one.
  2. with the council breathing down my neck, i've gotta get all my licensed cars drivable... that means i MUST have my wife's KE20 driving... might make her drive herself on this one... lol. more the merrier!
  3. Sorry aye, got one week left until council comes to hassle me again, and nowhere near ready for them. we'll make it happen though...
  4. Meet is Harbour Town carpark at 2:30 finish location is Freo. possibly not a cruise for chucking nuts...
  5. Oh no! and your pistons landed at my place too... turbo 5K here we come!
  6. Sorry twisted... there's two guys who work away that we've set the date to accommodate, so can't really budge. As for meet point and time, Shall we say, Harbour Town at 2:30? Basically, as per the first post, the cruise is taking the route of the second highest voted in the poll for the previous cruise... Anyways, I'll be bringing two T18s and maybe the Mark II
  7. Go kings all round... i've got 2 T18s, one has kings the other falcoons... the Kings reign supreme!!!
  8. Stereo sponsored by Satan... nuff said. lol
  9. I would assume you're talking about a 2TG head onto a 3T-C block??? There was a thread not long ago dealing with this conversion... I believe the end result is more torque for less revs not so much a power gain. Quite an undertaking though... you'll pretty much need a complete 2TG as front housings, chain guides and all that will have to be transferred across. Pretty much everything except the block and internals. Even then, depending on the block, it's possible to slot the 3T crank and pistons into one of the 2TG blocks without too much trouble.
  10. what the hell have I got on mine then??? I've heard rumours about nissan Tida rims? anyone can confirm PCD?
  11. Hey there, wondering if you'd part with a set of 4A-C rods??? seeing as you're doing at least 1 4AGE :)
  12. she does... it's just not IN at the moment. no black rims either... I did see a red T18 with black rims on the freeway before though. very tidy one...
  13. Sigma had a set of 15" steelies... i have a set on my Gemi and they are sweet! should be good for bolt on to KE30-KE70
  14. have you got this advertised on Ford Forums? those guys would love this! and especially for the price...
  15. I will have to beat you to death if you put those tires under a corolla, ESPECIALLY a KE10 to KE55. go buy a nissan... skyline, silvia, cefiro, build a fully sick engine and put those "mad drift rims" you've always dreamt of and drop it on it's ass for that wikid JDM look bro. Ok, now I've got my late night drunken aggression worked out, your engine combo sounds sick. Nice torquey bottom end with a beautifully flowing head... I may suggest something a little out in the left field. how about a ST140? I think they are massively under-represented, and certainly have the makeup of great potential. Plus, fitting your particular engine combination will be a whole shirt load easier with the interchangability with 2S to other S engines. You'll be pretty much buying your bellhousing and gearbox straight out as well as the 2S sump which you'll be needing to enable the engine to stand upright properly. Take a look and see what you think... but please for the love of God, don't try and drift a KE10 with 17 inch rims...
  16. Hmmm... that's a tough one... Personally I wouldn't, but hey that's just me. (I've seen many a twin 40mm sidedraught setup go for about that price, and that's where i'd put my money) I did have it pointed out though that the rocker cover is missing from this setup... The efi had a rocker cover with the oil filler in a more appropriate place due to the overhead nature of the inlet manifold.
  17. depends on the price... if it's the one I've seen, buy it now price isn't worth it...
  18. KEN WINS!!! until he turns up the volume to 11 and shatters all his glass...
  19. I will as soon as I finish tuning the 3TGTE... Not only sounds meaty as, it goes like stink too! What more sound do you need other than the melodious tune of revving engine, waste gate and squeeling tires?
  20. by knuckles, what are you meaning??? you'll need to swap the 70 strut tops over, but other than that, it should go straight in... Keep the KE70 lower control and steering arms just to make it a bit simpler, that way it's pretty much two bolts on the bottom of the strut, and one at the top (you can actually do this just by removing the strut top bolt with a rattle gun meaning you can leave the strut top in the car) I recently did this swap in my T18, which is pretty much an identical swap...
  21. Bahahaha! even if I've got my Mark II back on the road??? ;) I just drove it out of where it's been parked for the last 6 months... it's such a beautiful feeling to drive it. makes me happy in the pants, and that's not mentioning the reaction it gets from the girls!
  22. would anyone complain if i didn't drive a rolla??? ;)
  23. Ah, we'll just tell them it's factory... lol
  24. Ok, nuff of off topic. haha. how bad are our cruise threads for that??? lol does someone else want to do maps this time??? I do have a couple of routes, but it'd be great for someone else to take the reigns.
  25. It's actually the ports that are totally different design and layout. Kinda strange. I'm not into the 4AGE but i didn't expect they'd be that extremely different. Oh, I'd have to laugh my A$$ off if it turns out Ken's scored himself a formula atlantis motor. Anyways, I've got a resounding yes from Matt who'll be bringing his sweet KE26! so looks like date has to be fixed solid...
