got it replaced for about $180 as well, live in melbourne

hello everyone, i just got my first car, an ae112 off my brother. i was just wondering whether anyone here knows how much it costs to replace the front windscreen as i'm not sure the current one will pass a roadworthy check. it has a fairly large chip right in front of the driver's side and after reading what vicroads says on their website i may not pass, its about the size of a 10 cent piece. so what are my options of replacing it? do i go to toyota or do i go aftermarket? any input appreciated, i will likely be posting about other issues with my car
