Um, he was off duty and in his own private car....... Where did it mention a police car? Still a funny story, I like the idea of the police nabbing anyone, even one of their own for street racing, shows that they're doing their job properly, and not applying the old theory of "he's one of us, let him off"......

We just swung the long end towards us and leant on it heavily, pushing the whole thing down, locked the bolt in place with the pressure and tightened it up with a spanner, easy, but it took us ages to figure it out...... Good luck.
