Thanks. Well Ill definitely be modding her. Ive done many projects in the past but that was in Canada. I find it much harder here to get what you need and suppliers willing to help. |blink| I know exactly how I want it to be when I'm done but getting it to that stage will be a nightmare and I will be told over and over that it can't be done I'm sure. I will no doubt have to make compromises but I'm hopeful that this forum will be my savior. ;) Shawn

Thanks for the info. The guy that sold it to me said it was an SR5. Since I was unfamiliar whith these I thought it just didnt have a few options on it. live and learn I guess. Corolla Girl love your car BTW. :) Did you guys then put in the 7 guage cluster? Are your seats factory? they look like the ones in the GT rollas. Also do you have some stuff off yours you are looking to sell as you upgrade? Now I'm thinking I may either Mod this one or get another one good for a project and do it up........mmmmmm decisions. :( I will try to send pictures once I take care of this Trogen Horse Generic 9.AVXE that I got a couple days ago while downloading the latest drivers for my puter after doing a reformat. sheesh :)

Thank you for the responses. surely there is another vehicle out there that uses the same diam. coils as the AE95 that might be a suitable canidate. Could anyone tell me what the factory spring Diam is, the extension/compression measurements along with the spring weight? Even just the diam would help alot. I can tell my project is going to be frusterating...oh well shell be worth it. :) thanks

Hi I'm new to this forum and am pleased to find such a great following of corollas. :sob: I recently bought a 1992 Ae 95 Wagon, since I'm new to Australia I was a bit unknowing in regards to these cars. I love toyota and trust corollas so I happily snapped the car up when I came across it. :( Heres the thing. Fisrt of all I imediately love these cars (Weve had ours for a few months now) but the one we have is very plain and although I like not having power windows etc I do want other items extreamely bad. ;) So I'm on the hunt I want the best AE 95 that you can get. So what is it? I saw the black top conversion going on this site and noticed it looked to have the Gt interior. Did they make an AE 95 with the sport seats full instrument cluster strut cross supports rear roof storage front roof console etc etc? :y: Any out of Japan with turbos/superchargers etc? :bash: Basically I want to know which AE95 was the highest speced car made and was it available in Australia? :hail: Thanks

Hi everybody. This is my first post here so I hope I'm not doing it wrong. :y: I just picked up a 1992 AE 95 wagon. The suspension in the top of the struts has play and makes noticible noise when hitting any sort of a bump. Ive deducted that it is most likely the strut support at the top that needs to be replaced. BTW can I get aftermarket ones if so where? Is this a weak link in the suspension on these? :bash: Now the real question since I'm replacing this part of the suspension which means pulling it all apart I want to lift the girl up a bit (up to 2") but wouldnt you know I can not find lifted springs anywhere. ;) So does anyone know what I can do short of getting customs built?
