  1. I don't think he will be able to afford the petty to keep driving to your place B.
  2. WGMG: Finding a car for a good price and right trans etc. Only problem is its defected (regency job). ring up the car yard selling it to find out what for and he avoids the question, saying its too many things to answer. Then ask him about the legalities of selling a defected car because you are meant to get them cleared off defect before selling, his reply was just that you don't have to take them off defect and can just sell them... I'm going nowhere near this place, my senses are tingling that something isn't quite right there.
  3. What kind of priming are you doing? 2-pac?
  4. From the amount of Japanese people in Adelaide I think they know where they prefer to live aswell. (Might just be for the uni course's though.)
  5. Depends on what you mean. I see Merc's, Beamers, Porches' etc every day or two so that kind of exotic car isn't really exotic to me. Ferrari's and Lambo's on the other hand...
  6. Nah he's the guy from school/work who's been an amazing piece of work lately. I just find it sad that he's started the process on fb aswell. On a status where I was joking with a mate who is going for her license tomorrow none the less.
  7. WGMG: When people try to start shit on someone else's status on fb. Just because I refuse to argue doesn't mean you automatically win and that I don't know anything. Its simply called being considerate to everyone else. So just Grow the FUIC up.
  8. You should get that framed. Be worth it in the long run :lolcry: . Nothing like cars for sale in the newspaper, then framed and hung on the wall :lolcry: . As for the coke bottles its amazing what happens over time.
  9. I have a GE SE Wagon with the quad lights. Was a beautiful machine and I have to admit I enjoyed it more then the corolla, had an accident and am trying to find the panels (this is when only 4 in SA last time I knew of sucks) to fix it. Still for a sedan its looking good. Can't complain for $300.
  10. Cheers but no need anymore. What was originally happening for the car is going ahead again unless some other event unfolds so it needs to stay down south. Thanks for the offer though.
  11. Usually I'm not a big fan of Kesev's or anything about them. Yet this is making me wish I owned one in that look. Top Effort! :jamie:
  12. I know workplaces can be a lot like school, but consequences can also be a lot more severe. Someone from school who used to be a mate keeps boasting that he would beat the crap out of me in a fight, and offering opportunities to prove it. Everytime so far I've felt like saying we aren't in high school anymore where just because your stronger means your better but then I remember it is high school. At work he just ignores me which is better, except when he thought he was my superior for working there longer (hes in warehousing I'm floor staff) and tried to order me to do something only to have 3 other people tell him that it doesn't work that way. What's really sad is that this guy is actually the one who got me this job :) . Ironic in my opinion.
  13. Apart from the fact that Rich lives 15-20 minutes away from me (which is close in my terms) and I have never been hassled once, while on L's or P's and driving a car that could have been defected. WGMG: School and the attitude there, can't wait until its finished and I can get away from all the complaining and snarking behind each others backs.
  14. I am actually going to be organising a cruise through the barossa later on to celebrate no more school. Still working on some specifics before making a thread though.
  15. Looks good! Must say all those small things you have changed on Vixen stand out well when compared to another.

Lookin Good, which ryan (take it from the wheels you mean Slo). Make sure you take lots of pics when you remove whats under the fuel filler, I'm curious how much rust there actually is in it.
  17. Hey, I have a car shell down in the Lonsdale region that needs to be moved up to my shed in Eudunda. The owner has a trailer that can be used however has no towbars or cars that are able to tow at the moment. As I'm currently in year 12 with work on the weekends 10-2 it also means that I'm unable to really get down there and back. So I am after any Expressions Of interest for someone probably down near that area (the trailer has to be returned after) with a vehicle that's able to tow a car trailer and feels like a nice daytrip cruise. I'm able to pay for the fuel and a bit extra (maybe a case and $50, neg.). Not sure of when it would need to happen, have to arrange with owner and whoever is willing to sit in a car for a day where all 3 are available in certain parts of the day. *Also note that the person towing should not have to deal with moving the car at all. The owner has mentioned he will be able to load it into the trailer ready to go and I should be able to remove from trailer straight into shed.* Anyone interested please PM or post below preferably with dates of when your free. Cheers, Tume.
  18. Quick get in the car and go the tides coming in! Got any specs of the rebuilt engine?
  19. I reckon it would have been a Truck doing a left hand turn and pushing it, as even being hit at 100 these things don't seem to budge. Booth Transport is down the road from there aswell, so its the best scenario.
  20. Neighbours corolla after a year of sitting by its lonesome. The front is absolutely dusty where as the rear is clear as day. This car is the reason I got into Rolla's. Also, Whats wrong with this picture :)
  21. Parents Driveway: Mum's AU Dad's 302 XD Sister's and my Driveway: My Ke55 My GE Sigma (Still trying to hunt front panel *shakes fist*) My/Sis's KB Laser Not Present Sis's Excel You can notice that I need to mow the grass still, and where my sister parks due to the marks in the driveway.
  22. Progress is looking good. Luc you look completely out of it in the first of the pics you just put up. :jamie:
  23. Corolla's aren't always easy to break into. At a party once someone was bragging about being able to break into his car with ease whenever he locked his keys inside so we put him to the test with our cars. Managed to get into everyone's except mine. (1 Excel, 2 VL's and a lancer) One thing to make sure about with immobilisers is that you can't find them straight away if you look under, as that's sometimes the first thing checked. I remember in a different thread 13_BT Ke20 talking about the best immobiliser he has seen being a bolt that you had to press, so something like that might be the go.
  24. Looking Good. By that I mean its rusty but shall be good lol. Think you need a engine stand instead of the front of the car though. Are the vents actually there? they look fake to me? Also you might want actual SLO 038 plates instead of taping the 030 ones. Don't think you would be able to get away with that.
  25. I always liked the ones that you randomly took on the side of the road. If you were to do one of them again it would be pretty good. You always seem to have a very high amount of taste in taking photographs, so all I would say is to keep a camera in the car and pull over when your inspired.
