Hey, I've had a bit of a search around and can't really find anything to answer my question. Is there any way to tell the condition of in my case a pedal box and a gearbox when they are off of the car? I can only assume moving the gear stick around in the gearbox or something and checking for oil leaks? Anything else I could check? Thanks for any help, Logan.

I bought this yesterday and am heaps happy with its condition. the best of the three corollas I've owned. I don't have too much planned for it, I'm loving how original it is, not even an aftermarket stereo and the original am/fm radio works a treat. boot is a bit faded, missing passenger door mirror (the search is on) I'll also have to pay the rust some attention down the track. Apart from those few things and the manual conversion the car is tip top and original. I'm also very pleased to be back in the corolla scene, have missed this forum heaps (owned a subaru for a good year)

Ok lets look at it like this there's the window and my clutch is allmost out of it. A friend told me adjusting the clutch cable would give it a bit more life until i save enough for a new one. true? if so how? cheers, logan. also like to add since signing up here i've learn't so much more about cars than i ever would and would like to thank all the members, mod's, admin etc. here on rolla club.

was a good night, had matt come in his sev which was great. alot of cars. plenty of chaos. a commie guy did ringies in a gravel laid car park and tried to bail when he realised he'd just sprayed rocks all over a R33, auto salon supra, brand new xr6 and alot of other cars. i blew a head gasket. some guy blew his tyre and bent the shit out of his rim. but all up everyone had fun there should be one in a month or so ill post up n see who's interested.

Hey guys n girls, a few mates and i started a little car club up a while back and its just started getting on its feet. we have had several cruises in the past and they have all been pretty cool. there is one on this Saturday night 1st of march we are meeting at Castle Plaza car park at 7:30pm which is on south road in melrose park area not being a so called leader i have no idea on where we will be cruising to but we have had generally the same map in the past. from castles to the bay to town up to mt. lofty then to lonsdale. i have reason to belive the map will have changed but I'm not sure. all cars are welcome. there are plenty of stocko's out there and plenty of rusted out bash arounds (mine for example) along with a couple auto salonee's and the usaul hot imports and of course the common whores. its not a corolla cruise but there is guarunteed to be at least mine and my best mates out there chillin. come join the fun. hope to see you there. logan.

Would this benifit me in anyway to fit a different model cars muffler on my rolla? sound? performance? nothing? logan.

hey, a while back i had a cannon muffler put on my stock exaust on my kay sev its shitting me off bad and i swear it calls to the coppers "Defect meeee"! its waiting to happen so i want it gone. i reckon it'll make the car look alot cleaner to. my question is will it be any quieter or make it louder? cheers, logan.
