looks good but whats with the strip right at the bottom?

ok i don't have much faith in the single system brake master cylinder in my ke20, so what dual circuits master cylinder pretty much bolt up to it? I'm trying to keep the car orignal so wont be added a booster, just using stock 20 brakes too did some searching and found that a gallant mc is a good replacement but couldnt find which model or part numbers so any more info would be great cheers andrew

ok rust getting fixed on sunday, and just brought a set of mrk2s for this not sure on specs but they have abit of dish picking rims up on monday :dance: once i get the rims going to daily it till the end of the month then it on to its new owner

unsure if there a way of finding out? brought a wood grain nardi for daily will come off for shows i reckon it looks good, interior is going to be all black and going to get the brown bits repainted when the car is resprayed think it will look hot

come over and help me bleed the brakes got new wheel cylinders, installed my twin system brake master, new brake lines and got my open diff in and ready to do one wheelers so just need to bleed the brakes then i can drive it for the first time :dance: decided the front end is going to be sliver, going to buy all new bits and try find some nos bumpers as i want this to be like new. so new headlights, grill, fender trims, indiactors, tail lights. as soon as i get it driving I'm going to get my exhuast put on then get some quotes for paint also going to change it to 114.3 have my mrk3s for daily get some 13s with chrome trims, billet centre caps and white walls for show might got to the car paint shop to start looking for a colour, i really would like a nice dark choclate brown with a nice metallic in it

ok got abit bored so made a vid of the idle, due to neighbours i couldnt let it warm up so that why the idle is abit over the place but you get the idea check it

looks so much hotter on meshies :dance:

i think around 4-5g is on the mark its got a good engine but not much suspension work

i guess i could of didnt think of that :dance: :yes: oh well its all in pieces now getting cw changed over tomorrow, as the one in the locker is 4.5 where the one in the open is 3.8 kind of wanted the 4.5 for her anyway so i don't mind, should be very quick in accel. good for beating them fullysick commo drivers at the lights

cheers just spent a couple of hours swapping centres over in my diff to find out that the open centre i put in has a different stud patten on the tailshaft and makes the tailsahft 15mm to short (slap head) looks like I'm going to have to pull it over and swap the cw&p to the open centre well better go pull it back out

ok made rear door cards today, fixed throttle and mount and chucked some stockos on turns out i don't have 114.3 meh i just get the rims redrilled looks like my welder shat itself so i couldn't weld up the holes for the mirrors or bonnet pin holes took a pic of her running 12s, so needs chrome hubcaps and white walls and be 80mm lower at the rear going to make the front doors card to arvo/night and a quick question can you still buy the chrome trims that go inside the windscreen and rear window seals?

why don't you just put the meshies back on and not hit a gutter

ok broght some new coilovers for the rear and chucked them in, got heaps of height adjustment in the rear now, going to get some longer springs in the front as that as high as it goes in the front and the new height more po po freindly all though the front bit of my extractors are under 100mm getting rust fixed tomorrow

lol fair enough i swap that carby around and added one of the linkages off my 4agze throttle bodie so it works well but i need one of them return springs like yours has also won them mrk3s and paid for them should be here in 6weeks :wink:

lol yea but mine isnt going to be leb spec with 20inch 200kg each wheels on it. still thinking about it, i want the car to look good so thats a no to beige as for the white walls and mrk3s, will test it out first see if they look good

electro plated or what ever its called just want to get the bonnet vents, them side trims on the frenders and the top and bottom metal bit on the bonnet done, grill will be gloss black. going to see how much it cost, if its abit to much might just get it all painted 2pac metilic silver yea thinking of putting in the diff i got and swapping the axles so i keep the 114.3 stud patten, going to have to replace the rear suspension anyway as i don't want 4x4 spec exhaust is going to be $180, new muffler new resonator 2inch from extractors back. was talking to a panel beater shop and said roughly 2k-3k for a bare metal respray, including engine bay and door jams. got to take it there to get a quote. also had another look under her and its got a 1peice tailshaft in it too :wink: underbody as been freshly painted so wont have to do that. got to sell my 70 so i can afford paint

i live in qld, vinyl roof wouldnt be the best plans are: full brown respray chromed front end chromed tail lights no mirrors polished mrk3s white walls interior is going to be full retrim in black engine will just get twin carbies and a new exhaust get some new leafs for the back and coilovers for the front

yea looks like lowering block welded on it, got a new diff (open) not sure if i should just swap the centres or change the diff over will have to work out something as want it about 3-4inch lower in the rear, and 2-3inch lower in the front

cheers she isnt much now but I'm hoping that i can make it into one sick ride havent seen a brown ke20 before so looking for something abit unique going to make door cards this week, and get a exhaust changing all the interior to black want to kind of keep it original/granny spec with a nice set of rims

yea thinking brown, something like this with mettalic gold in it yea sounds awesome but way too loud getting a new exhaust put on it this week, reckon drift pipe will look good on it? think they are stock struts not sure. yea the lcas are just cut and shut but they don't look like backyard job welds are very good mrk3s are 13 x 7 not sure on offset but look to be around 0

keto isnt doing much, go out in it once a week for a skid other then that not much, just waiting to get the rust fixed then selling her and yes its seems to be 114.3 fuk yea another bonus man i love this car getting all these good bonus
