if you using the pug/hilux rotors, with standard lcas you have to use the corona steering arms which give you more neg camber, ae86 steering arms don't work are the rotor hits the lca unless your using a corona arms

yea, take the steel/ruber seal washer off then there is a tab on the sides, just knock under that with a hammer and it should come off

hey this is the new project, a 1974 ke20 atm the specs are: Engine Specs 4k engine with fresh rebuilt bored out 60" with new ACL pistons Ported & Polished Head double valve springs Custom Grind Cam Done by Tighe Cams webber 32/36 tuned length extractors and 2" exhaust system Crow Cams Electronic ignition Electric dizzy Rebuilt 5spd gearbox suspension: front is cut springs new shocks adjustable lcas New Front DBA Rotors with Bendix CT Pads. The Calipers have been rebuilt and gold Anidiozed New wheel Bearing Kits rebushed rear looks like reset springs added swaybar and now the pics front (she is sexy, got cold air induction) interior, pretty shit but will fix her up the beast of a engine my new front brakes and adjustable lcas cam is really lumpy so idle is like a rotor but i guess the exhaust doesnt help so the plans: full respray, better front suspension, full retrim, new rims, new exhuast will get a vid of her idling soon so what you guys think? cheers andrew

rims are going to be 13 x 7 0 so i know i will need guard work, but if the ke70 diff is only like 10-20mm wided then it would be ok really want to get some mrk3s for my ke20, but can't find them in anything other then 4 x 113.3 *Edit* ke70 diffs are 1410mm so i guess that rules that out

ok before everyone says there is a search button i have searched!!!!! so in my searching i found that to change the front on my 20, i can use KE70 hubs and calipers with KE30 backing plates but was thinking of just using my coilovers from a ae86, so ae86 struts and brakes, Will these fit in? how will they work with the ke20 steering arms? so front seems to be the easy part now rear seems abit of work going by this my question is can i get a say a ke70 wagon diff and bolt that in? i know its wider but by how much? will the mounts and shit be the same? cheers andrew

i got a trade plate but don't want to risk its breaking down or something failing and crashing it plus its on the loud side, worked 4k with straight pipe dumped at the diff

um its brown, abit rough but not much rust. going to do a full ground up rebuild on it got diff sorted so i can get rid of the locker anyone got a trailer?

i always was thinking about gets t18s bumpers and putting jdm end caps on them, they just bolt on with 2 holes so it should be too hard. you can see from the jdm bumpers you posted a pic one bolt is the top there and the other is on the bottom but i wouldnt get them caps from the guy in the pillipines, they are only fibreglass copies and quality is crap, my mates one would need hours of sanding to get it to nice finish

water, coolant, oil being a ke i would also take a couple of can of carby clean

yea car is pretty much sold too, just got to fix a couple of things then its going to syd hopefully pick up a ke70 wagon some time this week, then start searching for a ke20
