Well the shed building got canned for now :( I should take a pic of how crammed in the car is at the moment... no chance of working on her till I get the shed up!!!

I've gotta get the girl serviced and wheels ready this week... can't wait to see her all shined up with the MA61's fitted :D

My MA61's came with stupid stretch fit tyres... I'm getting them changed this week then I can finally fit them on Mumbleweed :D All your bits and pieces look like they've come up great. I can't wait to see this car finished! Will she be ready for Rising Sunday (26th)???

I've seen a few threads mentioning new 5K pistons but not from Toyota. I don't know if that's because they don't sell them or because they would charge too much... I think you should go for this in your KE20 :lol:

Been buying up lots of bits and pieces :) Just got 12" White wall inserts, NOS Calipers, new slotted rotors and a new Toyoglide brake peddal (non-genuine but looks the goods). I'm starting on my new shed tomorrow, once that's in I can clear some room around 67Rolla to start tinkering :yes: I'll get pics of my new stash of parts over the weekend, stoked with the 12" flappers!! Next 2 weeks I've got to sort out stuff for Mumbleweed (wifes yellow RA60 Celica), I plan to put her in the Rising Sunday show.

This car is amazing!! I'm already thinking about lining up a Toyota dealer to display my car in 2017 for the 50 year aniversary of Corolla's in Oz... have you thought about this yet... or am I the only one that obsessed?? :P

I've had a few similar experiences from Rollaclub members... I was chasing the original glovebox handle for 67Rolla and had a member post one to me for free!!

Fairly sure the new indicators are late KE10 (1969 on) and the originals are 1967-68.

Ahh, I've been trying to dig up the current sticker thread for you (using search) but I can't find it :bash: Toy-Yoda is looking after the stickers last I heard.

Someone posted a link to a KE35 or 55 with a Soarer drive line a couple months back. That was a custom chassis made and the car shell dropped on top... with massive flares to fit the wider footprint. That is the only way I can see this working. I'd love to see you try! :yes:
