Spotted a very tidy looking (from 20m away) orange AE86 with lots of dish on Leach at 7:50am. I think the plates were AE86 but never got close enough to confirm. There are about 4 or 5 AE86's I see regularly on the way to and from work but I don't remember seeing this one before.

For that touch up it's best to mask the edges of the panel, not the are you're painting. Then try to blend it out as you spray. Edit: Or spray the whole panel as suggested.

Quick Help And Optinion On A 7K In A Ke25

Gav (Gavclassic) has a Ke17 with a 7K. Will be much the same process. Minor mod to mounts and I think crossmember but not much hassle. From what I hear well worth the effort. -

I picked up a new addition to the family last night She has a pure beed dad and an almost pure breed mum (American Staffy). My other dog (4yo Staffy x Ridgeback) is petrafied of her :P

WGMG, truck drivers that think "hmm I'm half a kph faster than that other truck, I'm gunna change into the right hand lane". WHY??! Especially when there are several sets of lights... then both lanes take half an hour to get up to speed! :bash:

Just for peace of mind and to keep it all legal I'd buy lowering springs if you got the cash. ;) Great job on the painting, I suck at touch-ups! I'm not a big fan of chrome air filter housings (just personal taste), I'm trying to find an oval filter housing to change mine back to looking stock :P

Strongly agree! If you want a reliable old banger for under a grand there are heaps of good buys on Gumtree... in WA anyway. Got my Rona off Gumtree :) I got my Avalon and my 67 Rolla off Ebay, just stumbled upon local bargains and went out and paid cash (I've never bid on a car).
