  1. all hail group B. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U4UuZ5mauKk lol at 1:53. it's like lifting a stone in the garden at watching all the bugs scamper. and 3:18, i'm speechless. i'm surprised there wasn't any huge loss of life earlier.
  2. thought i'd take out convo out of the spotted thread and bump your ride at the same time. i have ditched the 14's cos they made the car slow and handle like poo. i think i saw your bf's red silvia. all i remember was that it had heaps of brake dust on the wheels. :D still got your beast? any luck with fitting your quad light setup? from what i've seen of low quality vinyl wraps on cars is that they last about 6 months before they loose there vibrance and fade to a chalky appearance. have a talk to a professional signwriter of stocker maker about what would be best for your application. also for the look i'd love to see a holographic quad light ke70 cruising round glen iris/east malvern. haha
  3. had a feeling it would be something like that. who would be interested in a rollaclub trip to go part saving? plastic don't rust and i realy want one of those te27 front ends.
  4. hmmm, mustn't have been you. the one i saw had huge gold wheels. that 32 of his is nice. super clean. does he want to swap for a ke20? :D
  5. sure, sure, *pulls blinds down* does your bf's car have big gold wheels?
  6. i was interested to see this. a one windowed rear on a van. i have a feeling that this might have been a hearse at one point. does anyone know if toyota made/make hearses?
  7. wtf. i would have at least had a go at removing the hub from the car to try and get it out before cutting some bbs's up.
  8. haha, i think i saw you. are you on a W rego?
  9. haha, they are the only part of the car i try to keep really clean.
  10. wtf. some people need to get a life. even so, my car is stock apart from the wheels so i'm not fussed if they did want to check it over.
  11. yay! glad i could make it down. it was good to meet the east side cruisers boys and have a chat about some stuff with power (ie not my car :no2:) i hope we at least raised some money. the store was packed when i was in there.... and i'm sure it was all my car. :)
  12. really, i think i missed it. on another note i was watching initial D the other day and there was an ae86 in it. :no2:
  13. yay! i remember seeing this way back on the tccav cruise. it's come a long way since then. :no2: i'm liking the ae92 front bumper. i think the ae92's came with painted bumpers on some of them, might be better investing in a painted one for a better finish. good luck with the paint, this will look awesome when it's done. :)
  14. i'd say just get a reco one or an alloy one made to the same size and fit a shroud. i have a reco-rad and shroud in my ke20 and i have never had it over heat. the only time i saw the temp start to go up was after 20 min in stop start traffic on a 30 degree day.
  15. hey mate. it was only kyle and i on this re-run and neither of us had cameras. if you can use shots from the first run have a talk to silverRA23, he got lots (i mean lots) of pics at the first meet point of the first running of this on grand-final day.
  16. spotted a bright red ke26 in the very first shot, in the first scene of the movie 'duel'. can't remember if it was a 4 door or 2 door. i didn't pay much attention to the rest of the movie, i was too busy looking for other corollas in the background of shots.
  17. i think this is a qld thing. i've never heard of him.
  18. what do you mean my jumper looks 'funny'
  19. i was there. but yeh it was a pitty. still kyle and i where representing rollaclub. need some stickers asap.
  20. spotted a blue flat front ke70/ae71 on murrumbeena rd about 15mins ago. it stood out from other cars, the owner knows why. anyone from here?
  21. phase 1: wait for FT-86 phase 2: ? phase 3: profit.
  22. i just did a bit of internet searching and found that the 4x120 pcd avail on rx5's as above and mid to late 70's hondas. i want looking at stuff like jags, mgs, triumphs ect but coudn't find anything in 4x120 that would suit these wheels.
  23. that would be a much better option, however i'm not bringing it if i can't sort the brakes in time. i don't really want to run up the back of some ones pride and joy in an unregd car. it might not go down to well with the insurance company.
  24. i'm with hiro, i get the orange one when i can.
  25. when i swapped 3k -> 4k all i had to do was say the old eng number, new number and provide a receipt for the purchase of the engine.
