yep... the front end is being completely redone using a pre-made indycar style suspension / subframe made by a well know hotrod maker here in the US. The shocks will be in the frunk, so no more struts.
The rear is also being done by another shop. A custom aluminum sub-frame is being built with the proper suspension geometry. I have never claimed to be a fabricator, as noted by your post about my rear suspension. And I was never happy with it. I know where my weaknesses are and where I should stay away from playing :D
The goal of the car is to actually go 200mph.
Now I have taken a break from the car. I am having to save up my cash for the front and rear... which is going to cost over us$6000. But in the end it will be safer and actually work.
Now until then I am building another car, a MK1.5, 350hp 2 liiter 3sgte.
This is where i am as of last night... just have one more mount to make, and then I can put the real engine in (the one fitted is an empty 3sge for test purposes, easier to move an empty engine than a fully prepped one)
