yea everlast are good, heaps good quality bit more $$ than some places but i think definately worth it! looked good at ajd, can't believe u still have that little charmander.

Probably +4 think old rollas on an 8 need a smidge of positive offset or around neutral for a bit of poke. Been looking into it. But then with the flares it changes it a bit as well could be -4 depending how well they fill the guard/flares. Just my 2c

Yea we had considered the 1j route but for motor loom ecu and front sump was alone 1700 before any other work. Plan on gettin some pictures up soon. More pics of chaser on jzx world or if ur in sa and headed to ajd chaser will be there.

i was keen when i had the rolla but now its just sitting doing nothing and ive not got the motivation to change that and not really appropriate to rock up in the new yota.

i spotted a red coupe and kj's liftback at jafs at westlakes.

i think u will find the offset and dish are quite a nice match for the car and once coilovers are in the height will be made more even...

at 15L/100km its too expensive for me to cruise lol, and i didnt mean car specific really that was bad wording i meant to imply that people with chasers will go to jzx people with nissans will go to ns or the like and so on, i have 2 toyotas but still find myself on ns and the like because they have decent threads not filled with ke70 cut spring wannabe drifters.

i come on here once every few days generally just reading the same things over and over cos every kid with their drift ke70 wants to tell the world, i made some threads made some posts and no one ever really replies so then i loose interest and go off and work on cars instead... i miss the club spirit and cruising all the time but i guess people arent so keen anymore or are far more involved in car specific forums like jzx and cressida and toymods n all that, generally where i find myself trawling these days because its all new to me.

my 1992 MX83 Grande ebay special Bought the car off ebay with suspected cracked/warped head. turned out to be a warped head with a bent valve. The boyfriend and myself decided to fully rebuild the motor including new bearings, rings, welsh plugs, reconditioned head ($$$), spark plugs, timing belt, water pump, oil & fuel filter, thermostat and rad cap, custom intake piping with pod and fully detailed engine (hours of cleaning and painting). the car is in pretty impressive condition with few imperfections in the body with the main eye sore being the front bar. the steering wheel is pretty had it though with the top all chewed up and the drivers seat showing signs of wear but not overly torn or cracked. wheels are 17x8+43 and 17x9+43 with 215/50's all round off a set of boyfriends wheels. next plans are to replace cracked windshield and chuck some coilovers in 'er

2 pac needs heat to harden. dno who told u it didnt. i am a REAL spray painter. well an apprentice but alot more experience than a backyarder thats for sure. if i was doing a back yard job id use acrylic but its durability is nothing compared to 2pac. but then you SHOULDN'T use 2 pack over acrylic so for old cars its baremetal respray if you want it to last.

interested to know how you wired the speedo in, one in the silvia doesn't work so was looking at getting an aftermarket number but the whole making it work thing is beside me, if you could pm me the basics that would be great.
