Was me, live in craigieburn and was heading to mums in watsonia not so IMACCC when close up though, got some rust thats getting out of hand

As Redwarf said you can take the leafs apart yourself, which is probablty the cheapest thing to do, Lowering blocks are pretty cheap and you can do it yourself, You can also get them reset by professionals, it cost me $350 which included adding an extra leaf to make it ride better Keeping in mind its a really bad ride in the back for passangers lol

My family had an old datsun 200b station wagon since new, i drove it on my L's and then at the start of my P's. Then i wanted my own 'beast' so, I pretty much looked for anything that was older than 1980. Out popped the good old grannys ke30 who also owned it from brand new. Havent looked back since, as for the station wagon... :P no one wanted it so my brother took it and 3 angle grinders later its a duel cap ute :cool:

Hi all, this is my first post so i don't really know what I'm doing yet. But anyway... My name is jenny, i live in watsonia and own a 78 KE30 Bought it standard off an old lady who had it since new. Then added extracters and 2 inch exhaust. globe mags, tinted windows and a stereo system. I have taken out the centre console around the gear stick to make some space. Iv already had to replace the head gasket and the fuel tank cause it rusted through when i got it currently deciding to either lower it or put in keyless entry and alarm. just focusing on all the cosmetics at the moment then when i get some real money ill start on the engine.
