hey guys just sold my ke70 to a mate and done a mad mission to syd to pick up the new daily on the weekend its an 82 model 4 door ke55 corolla that has had a full 4age t50 swap done has race seats fuel system and surge tank few other little mods spent last 2 days fixing little things and adding a little of my own style on a few thing now has fender mirrors relocated from doors alot of new fuel lines in the boot as it was a bit of a mess when i got it had cracked and leaking fuel lines ect now has all new blue silicone fuel lines in boot spent about an hour in the engine bay tidying up wires that where very unsafe still haveto conect heater core and work that out fit thermostat do gearbox and engine service work out what I'm doing to the body have all original pannels but most are a little ruff thinking reinstall them after a quick dint removal remove the crappy neaon tubes from the inside of the car replace rear bumper with a ke30 bumper and prob a few other things i forgot

the ke70 has been sold to make way for ke55 corolla sedan with 4age t50 conversion will make up a new thread shortly but this is now gone

plan is daily atm will have a spare 2j when I'm finished with the supra lol but don't think i will put it in the corolla lol would like some more power from the little beast next will be locked diff and exhaust maby 5k engine swap or better depending how money flows later once i finish building my supra

hey guys havent had a ke70 since i sold my 4age ke70 about 8-10 years ago pick up a reasonably straight 82 model 4 speed manual ke70 with flat front few weeks back as a daily so i can strip my jza80 supra ready for major mods since i have purchaced the roller it has recived professional matte black export brand matte black spray job lol ryobi lowered springs ;) shortened front and rear bumpers and a set of 13" Chrysler lancer rims

i guess i stand corrected ive had myne up to 210km in 5th but ran outa road i pull 180km in 4th so id say i might have a bit more left in her say probly 230km - 250km but don't think ill be testing that out on a public road lol

fastest car i have owned is my current car 91 model gd mazda 626 that i have transplanted a mx6 turbo motor into running 1 bar (10psi) boost before new fmic and new turbo and blow off valve ran 14 seconds down quater on an average take off only geting faster geting new ecu and bigger turbo verry soon btw geting another rolla verry soon mis them :) :) wish i neva sold my old ke70 ag-32-nv project :)

was asking about what would be needed to fix the big end bearings and anything else that would be worth do while its in peices as i have not done a big end bearing nor have i had a motor siting for years

Hey guys, anyone know what a 4age 16v would cost to do a rebuild on? I would do it myself with help from a mate. The big end bearings have gone and it has been sitting for a long time does anyone know what I would need to replace and what would be best to replace while I have it pulled down? and also what it would cost as a rough price, any info would be great thanks guys :y: =) :wub:

hey guys I'm back my pore rolla had heart failur and spat a piston rod thru the block made a nice littel bay window for the block and to add misery to shame some prick tryed to brake into her window set off the alarm so the smashed all the blinkers to stop them flashing and kicked in the front left pannel I'm guessing to try to stop the alarm sounding nothing was taken but my pore rolla in not looking to good for servival she might be a square qube in the near futer why wernt the :P driveing past when they pricks where trying to brake into her :bash:

yea i didnt think it would be a big problem puting a 4age in as they are in simaler models just want input from anyone that knows of the littel things you don't think of till its to late i still have all the fuel system from my old ke-70 4age convert got a new dash with a taco on its way and thats it for now

ok guy's I'm puting my new car on the choping blocks soon got 4 months to get money and parts to do my engin convert was thinking of puting a 20v silver top in my ae82 but i have herd some bad thing in past few days what problems if any do you guys know about puting the 20v in my ae82 i know the wireing side of things and fule system just want to know engin mounts cv's anything that will be different /wrong for my ae82 chassis and what would be better the 20v or 100kw 16v and i do plan on puting a turbo on it l8er :P

i just sold my 4age ke-70 the other week lol I'm gona keep an eye out but no engin convert till i swap it from qld rego to nsw rego coz it hasto go over the pits was thinking of maby a 20v as they look really nice lol and from what i hear go really well was thinking of these mags that front bar

at the moment I'm just gona lower it put some biger mags and a sports exhaust on it have been thinking about a 4agze convert but for now the 4a does the job any performance tips would be taken with grate thanks btw :)

:D hey guys long time i had to sell my ke70 corolla as it lost its home and had to be stored at the local wreckers till someone payed $$$$ for her the i went out the other day and got an ae82 corolla bad pic coz its dark ill take some more tomorow :D
