Thanks guys. I really like the look of it with windows - but I have panels to put back in if I ever decide to. The wheels are Work Equip 01s, 15x6 front, 15x7 rear, both 0 offset with 185/45s. It has KE30 axles and brakes, and KE70 front brakes with a modded k frame for camber so the track is a bit wider front and rear than stock.

Cheers guys :) It's got a 5k with a 5 speed in it - Rebuilt bottom end with a tighe cam, headers, redline inlet manifold with twin side draft dellorto's, double valve springs, reco head and hd clutch. I was fortunate with the lowering as it's a panel van I was able to drill the spot welds out and remove the diff bump stop mount from the floor - you can't really do it in coupes, sedans or wagons as it doubles as the rear seat belt anchor. So with that done I could get the rear a decent amount lower than 2X's usually go. The Tailshaft hits the rear of the tunnel now though :( custom front struts too. Cheers Shiryo, your little 30 is rad if that's it in your pic :)

Hi all, Just hopped on cos I've picked up a 25 and wanted to sus the for sale for some bits and thought I'd share my panno (now wagon) with its new paint scheme. The rest is the same as it used to be when it was all white, I've just drawn up a 70s inspired "race" theme paint job, rubbed her down, repaired some dents, and spent a day masking and painting and then cleared over the lot. Then I had the sign writing hand painted on too - hope youse like it. I love it.

It's just a '71 front painted isn't it? It looks fine!

Ke26 Re-assembling Now.......................
mr04ag replied to PHATKE20S's topic in Rollaclub Rides
Any updates mate? been a few years! -
Hi Ben, Not much happening to the Panno really... Just collecting parts. I still haven't given her a proper respray but I've managed to purchase a NOS dash pad, a NOS gear knob, NOS scuff plates, also got a TE27 Trueno Tacho dash, and TE27 Trueno centre gauge cluster. What's yours like? I love KE26 2 doors! They're so awesome!!! I'm taking mine in a motorkhana next weekend, it will be nice to have a squirt in it.

1978 Toyota Corolla 3Door Liftback Deluxe With 4Kc
mr04ag replied to mz_sim's topic in KExx Corolla Discussion
The ID tag will have the info you need for rego on it. A mechanic will be able to point it out for you. One of my mates had one of these... we called it "the orphan" cos noone wanted it, LOL. -
My 5k with twin Dellortos still runs a stock pump too... Those plugs look good mate ;) Lean goes fairly white I believe?
-
Stock Diff Ratio man, 4.11s I believe they are. The little 5k is a lot torqueier (?spelling?) than I expected... It's a super fun little setup.

Haha, Thanks guys... It sounds sweet as I reckon! Big Twin Carb induction :D KE70cruiser; I'm not exactly sure how fast it goes...? It feels very good on the road at speed though. I raced my brother in his wife's N15 SSS one day for shits and giggles pulling onto the highway, through most gears, it was about on par all the way through to 180km/h and then we eased off with no clear victor :D and it had some revs left for sure. i THINK, and I know it sounds WILD, but i THINK it'd do 2 dollars... My old KE70 and AE86 with 4AGE's in them JUST did 200, and my panno makes almost the same power and weighs less... same amount of gears and diff ratio...

Super sweet 26 man. I want it!

UN f@$kEN REAL. This thing is ace as man! sweet colour, sweet corolla ness, just sweet. If you decide to sell her, let me know ;)

My Six Fo' Lac - 1964 Cadillac Coupe De Ville
mr04ag replied to Chobis's topic in Rides - non-Toyota
Man... that thing looks like it's in UNBELIEVABLE condition... very sexy car. Need to be dumped, LOL. Some of the appointments in those old cars blow my mind too! stuff in 64 that's not standard fare yet! amazing. I agree with old mate, doesn't matter what you paid for it, it was a bargain ;) -
Sold her today :( but that makes room for the 1600S :D Sounds like she's going to a good home.

LOL, I need a four door car as well as my Panno. It's with me till death.
-
Hey mate... who cares who is faster, your RWD and the Honda is a very Poofy FWD. My wife drives a Vtec Honda yo.

Haha, I would die from excitement if i found a 2000GT and no one would ever know cos I wouldn't be able to tell anyone about it! It's funny you say "the Fiat" i thought it was funny as when we pulled the door latches and shit out of it and they all said "Fiat" on them. It's like when the Lexus dealer brings repairs over for us that are transit damage, so brand new, and they have Toyota stickers on them... and Scott... it's hard to beat the street cred that come with a low twenty, but i need a 4 door car... so 'rona it is, unless an affordable 4 door 26 comes up... which would be awesome! Dave

Haha, the wife went away for a week and i had time up my sleeve ;) Thanks Scott... I love my 2 door Panno. I can't wait to pull it to bits and do the body properly... :D

False Start on the GT5 :(

I saw one of those air cons on a VW years and years ago... my old man explained to me what it was, i've wanted one since! but never looked for one, LOL. OH EM EF GEE I don't know if you somehow made this happen or not?? but I got onto an RT55 GT5 coupe today!!!!! NO SHIT! The guy knows it's rare, he reckons only 5 got delivered to Aus, i've heard 10 before but am not sure, it's complete, and i'm yet to hear how much he's after but sounds like it's up for grabs. If it's in my price range i'm all over it! If not i'll be passing the details on to someone who has the budget. So if i get it, the 1600S will be up for grabs too, LOL, it's not even in my shed yet! Say something about finding a TE27... puh lease....

Looks good man :) Def needs more low but... you're right ;)
-
LOL @ a shovel nose with a Ferrari Donk... You wouldn't be alive long!
-
Haha, I have... but parts for it are so expensive and straightening the door out (what it came in for) was a nightmare cos it's alloy... i'd hate to risk damaging it!
-
Hi! I pulled all the cars in at my work this evening and couldn't help but notice the 360 Spyder we have in at the moment was blushing in the presence of such beauties as my KE20 2 door sedan and shovel nose, LOL. I just thought it was funny to see the contrast of the old girls with the Ferrari. Unfortunately the old 3K and 2R don't sound quite as nice...
