i was lookin to use the auto cause ive heard that its good for racing but i don't know if its true so yeah. and it can't be worse then my daily driver anyway. it get 100km on the highway to 25 litres of fuel. laterdays

i want to build/use a good k series enigne to put into an old corolla. but what engine will i get the best results from with the 2 speed box?? i was considering building a 3/4k hybrid as i have a good 4k bottom and a good 3k head. will this go ok with the box?? i also have a 5k, would this be a good/bad idea?? so basically what does everyone think i should use?? thanks
