  1. i'd be up for that i really need to meet more people who are into old corollas! i don't actually know anyone who loves their corolla as much as i love mine
  2. minus the tiger's head, i think this design could work well
  3. dude, what ..you could have also put the front seats in sideways! i don't understand this game
  4. i also love the rain. just be really careful. i don't subscribe to this "you terrible little boy, you lost traction on a public road on purpose, you are going to kill babies and may as well already have" business... however it is a good point that you really do have to be careful. you were in a tonne of steel moving quite quickly. and yes corollas seem to handle well sideways, but then again i havn't driven another car in the wet dude, go to a skidpan. you will have an absolute ball.
  5. correct
  6. haha same
  7. i think swarbars would do the most, but get some lowered springs search about this on rollaclub, i posted about this exact topic........
  8. howdy there i have a ke70 with a screwed engine just wondering what engine you have put into your KE70/AE71 if you wouldnt mind filling me in? :pirate:
  9. is it that u like tigers?
  10. in fact in one of the pictures of the 11-09-05 motorkhana there is a yellow ke70 with supra rims
  11. yeah there's a disturbing number of ke70's getting about with supra rims personally i think they don't suit but you might be able to pull it off
  12. gympie is what i meant, they both are the same to me :) mr2 = very fun car! this grey one from the motorkhana has a 20valve 4age... about the ricebox civic, its the girlfriend of the guy with that black V8 skyline... its her car... just out of interest (there was a wise crack i made about him selling his V8 skyline and buying a civic, resulted in lol's)
  13. oh random! tonight met a guy who approached me and said "love your car man" as a conversation starter! and he wasn't being sarcastic! blew my mind
  14. $25 for the whole day! awesome sauce. thats what it was last time too so I'm sure it'll happen again
  15. um i will find out exactly... basically driveup the bruce highway and keep driving for 3 or so hours. near ipswich i think. yeah i was considering sending a shoutout on rollaclub to get you guys there but didn't bother because i'm a c*nt, will make sure to do so next time :D i think the next one might be competitive unfortunately, but i'll probably go anyway without any ambition of trying to win, just to have fun. if another fun day comes up i'll definately ask if i can invite club members a.k.a. you guys it was with the toyota club, but randoms were also invited a.k.a. me mm beer
  16. ahem, my good mate dave got third in his: *drumroll* holden apollo A.K.A. CAMRY
  17. Ok so I went to a motorkhana. It was awesome. I got sideways quite a lot and thrashed the living shit out of my 4K-C (again). Met Keith, got him to join rollaclub with his 4AGTE AE86 (its pretty wicked). Met a few cool people really. Had heaps of fun! Here's pics Here is Keith's engine bay. He's a cool guy Here are some eastide cars doing a cripwalk: I like the FC and the crazy orange mitsubishi watchamckallit: Of all the cars there on the day, the bright blue car in this picture was the best: Got to absolutely love the crap out of old OLD school RX7's: Phat MR2 and supra. Probably the phattest cars there. Oh and the civic is suitably a girl's car: Car butts: An AE86 hanging out with his older brother: Sweet GTiR. Cars like this almost make me condone hatchbacks: Cool little old MR2. Makes me want to wear volleys and listen to blondie: Old school soarer. There were quite a few brightly coloured 80's machines, much to my pleasure. Kinda cool chrome spoiler. Two Supras were there. My mate Dave nearly blew his pants after a ride in one: A green celica to whom I don't know it belongs: Jeff's black TA22. I love this car. He organised the day. here is lincoln swapping the front and rear tyres for his car because one of the rears went flat or something and he was using a spare. something like that. note: this car is home to a MAZDA 13B and there you go. One extra flogged 4K-C, one great Sunday.
  18. my mind- in the gutter and down the drain
  19. LPG carburettors Impco (03) 9584 5644 Gasresearch performance centre (03) 9706 6322 Both make LPG carbies
  20. my boot would cease to have any space if i converted to LPG which is kind of impressive in its insanity
  21. losing weight makes a difference, especially with smaller cars that by taking off weight you are removing a higher percentage of the car's total weight than if the car was huge to begin with
  22. thats the easiest way to MELT money apart from buying a holden
  23. they DID get a neon jammed under their car somewhere down the road, the poor bastards
  24. i don't know why we're discussing engine sound, but... any engine bigger than 5 litres in a car made in or before 1980 that isn't a transport vehicle
