    I borrow off a mate a magna spot dent puller simply spot weld a special nail onto the dent then use a slide hammer with a chuck similar to a drill chuck. You may be able to hire from somewhere like tech rentals.

    also check vacuum lines, throttle butterfly's for wear and check secondary butterfly springs. increased vacuum down a hill could amplify any problems.

    sounds like air in the system, when I have a soft pedal that can't bleed normally I use a vacuum canister attached to the bleed screws. this continuously draws fluid air out. tip never shake up brake fluid or reuse bleed out fluid unless it has settled for a minimum of 10 minutes.
