I've had the entire inteior our before myself, but never looked at the place where the lever goes.
does the lever assembly (not the levers themselves) go under the body?
I can't see how u would hide all that metal under the carpet...

yes, i was aiming for neutral (downhill, and i was trying to save petty , cos it was running on like he last litre or something) and i missed, it went up to reverse instead, and yeah.,..
the car's tank surged around the left corner :P
i've done similar. except i've hit it into reverse while doing around 50km/h
i went for neutral, but hit it too far... (shitty auto)
car just jumped for half a second, then bumped itself into neutral and i rolled and the engine stalled.
turned the key while still rolling at about 40km/h, and slammed it into second , for a slide around a left corner (in the wet)
never again.... :P
sure thing, and buying new seats, AND getting some1 to f@$k with them is going to be cheaper than some average seats from the wreckers, and a lil weld here and there?

i have awesome seat covers already, so appearance means shit all to me.
