  1. Great for racing, ;) .....and testing your co-ordination. I must agree also that the Red Colt/Champ looks pretty cool. :y: What a shame we never got the 2dr's here in Oz, maybe they could have avoided the crusher. :bash:
  2. Maybe a picture of a dyno sheet?????
  3. Yeah mate, Welcome to Rollaclub. I'm near Caboolture and don't mind helping out a fellow rolla owner, if i can. Cheers Dougy :y:

  7. This morning i saw the MOST MINTA White KE11 2dr Sedan, that i've ever seen ;), (NT rego plates) It was on a "Coastline" car carrier heading North through Fortitude Valley. I mean this thing looked like it had 'never' been tampered with. What a shame it wasn't going to my place :bash: Tried to catch up but the mrs was driving :y: so we never had a chance. :sob: We finally saw the truck again, without the KE11, on it's way back to Brisbane. Opposite the Carseldine Caltex (at the begining of Bruce Highway). :hmm: Anyone know where it ended up????? I WANT TO BUY IT!!!!!! :sob: Please send me a PM if you find it :hmm: :y: :sob: Didn't get any pics, phone's playing up atm :sob:

  9. They should be available at SuperCheap or Autobarn? I got crystal-cut (altezza) pair from Autobarn for around $70. :bash: AWESOME rolla Matt, :lolcry: You're right too, do it right first time for reliability and strength.
  10. Why be normal, it's NO fun..... :fuzz: :bash: :lolcry: :bash: I certainly don't try to much on unsealed roads but.... they're just too much fun
  11. VERY nice looking early 20 mate. :lolcry: I just wish mine looked even half as good as that :bash: I definately reckon all your hard work was worthwhile, keep us posted on your engine swap too. That pinstripe looks great with the watanabe's aswell :fuzz:
  12. Originality points go to the guy on the bike, pretty cool, and not as easy as it looks. BUT the BMW wins for craziness :lolcry: The driver must be nuts..... and cool
  13. Hi mate. Welcome to Rollaclub :bash: Very nice cars on that link. :lolcry: That KE25 is going to be AWESOME. Keep us posted on its progress. Cheers
  14. And we have both got the same bloody rust to fix, in exactly same spot, what the??? :fuzz: Give me a call mate if you want to try a seat in your panno. :bash: I reckon they'd look sweet in it. :lolcry:
  15. Yeah mate. :fuzz: They are a 'cheap' alternative but they'll do for the moment. Still better than the originals, they're ripped to shreds. Trying to keep costs down to a minimum so it can be on the road quicker. :lolcry:
  16. :o
  17. Nice find mate. That's identical to my last Ae71, rust and all... I'm STILL kicking myself for getting rid of it. Good luck with it, at least you have started with a good base for a 4A-GE or better (not as much fabrication and engineering :o).
  18. Look in For Sale section. :y: There's a guy selling some in there, i think his name is "Pieman" P.S. Nice neat engine bay. :hmm: Will be good to see the exterior finished off as well as that. :o Good Luck =) Dougy
  19. Got these photo's onto computer, finally.... I reckon they look friggin' awesome, :o just got to make the rest of the interior look as good now.... :hmm: Notice the proximity of the pillar...... definitely going to make some adjustments there. Also tried some 13" rims on it. It has got to be lowered, for sure......... :y: There's still plenty of room for bigger rims =) Any idea's welcome :y: Dougy
  20. YAY what a mix awesome looking LC with awesome powerplant to match the looks
  21. Same here :o Hope to see you all then
  22. Well.... finally got a chance to put the seats in today :o WOW what a result. They look GREAT but... they foul on the pillars, recliner lever :hmm: and slide adjustment. :y: and that was after getting the bolts to go in to the base :n: very poorly made seats... NO tidying up of anything underneath (welding slag or some crap in the threads) and no bolts were provided with them either =) BUT they still look great either way and will be even better after some fine tuning with spacers... Will put some pics up tomorrow for everyone to enjoy :y:
  23. Average Grade 10 state school education = 66% :o Not too Bad, i thought... for a first time attempt in that type of thing
