its all good I went into JSm today and he got it out for me, IMHO I believe JSM to be far more customer orrientated then Hi-Tech. I am eagerly waiting to hear from JSM :D

yeah i voted I would prefer two drag meets to lap sprints but meh doesnt bother me. say with the drags the fastest time wins or what? or dial in?

mine has 3 clips I have to push in I only have two hands and two big hangs at that I am just gonna go in JSM and say I got the part number but I can't unplug the %*$(^& #()^%*#)% *#)#)%*^ )@# $@ ECU plug lol. Probably doesn't help that it hasn't been out for a few years lol

I got a fabricator to make up some brackets and sliding rails and all if good. They are stiff as all buggery and don't move if you try to very nice seats for the price

also whats the easiest way to remove the plug for the ecu mine is hard as all f^$% to get out

k, I have been lap sprinting or drag at hidden valley what is required to, I need cams license for lap sprints and i can spend what 45 for drags right? would someone be able to help me find some ginnies for motorkhana my rims are too nice :D not sure if stockies will fit cuz i think ive got spacers

I want to eliminate the noise so damn loud as my car is a road car I want it done properly so do I need a surge tank or new fuel tank?

Ohh, with my car beginning its life as a CS/4AC the fuel tank was for carby right, when the engine conversion was done they didn't swap over fuel tanks to my understanding its running a VL turbo fuel pump externally, when I corner hard with the fuel tank at about 1/4 it gurgles abit right. It also generates a large humming noise when the car is on like a bilge pump noise. I was wondering if a surge tank set up would rectify the problem and eliminate the noise or would I need an efi tank from an AE82 twinky?

Well here is my pride and joy, an AE82 Corolla Sedan CS In a sense this is my first car, I previously had a ST162 Toyota Celica but I don't wanna talk about it lol. Engine Silvertop 20Valve 4age, standard 20V extractors, 2.5" cat back with cannon, k&n pod with CAI, fuel regulator Gearbox 4agze 5 speed with heavy duty clutch Suspension & Brakes AE82 Diskbrakes up front, AE82 diskbrakes in the rear. Monroe struts and Low King Springs up front and Pedders struts and springs and Low King Springs in the rear. The rear springs had had one coil cut out of them.... Interior Two Monza Autotechnica Racing Seats, retrimmed rear seat and door trims aftermarket pedals/SAAS steering wheel/SAAS gear knob. CSX dash with 3 3/4" Speco Tacho. Exterior Colour coded mirrors/bumpers. 17" Starcorp Racing Concept 5 rims. Future Mods 4agte :D Pics Here are some more pics of retrimmed interior and a few new exterior pics

for some reason my car seems to lose traction in the rain..... but yeah anyways its not fun aquaplaning 50% of bagot road lol. yesterday i was heading back into work from JSM wasn't raining at the time 100km zone so i was doing 100km right hit water slow down to 60km instantly that was scary. and tim that dude that bought my celica is he treating it good? also he done the conversion yet?

All of the 4agze engines sit around the 1500-1800 dollar mark? I can source brand new gze pistons and rings for like 800? All I need is the bottom end of a gze engine anyways

Should I just buy a 4agze engine and use the bottom end or should I buy brand new gze pistons/rings and get engine rebuilt which option would be cheaper? Also do the 20V come with oil squirters? Would my motor run ok with the gze pistons with no oil squirters?

he said hes getting rid of the 86 cuz he wants something with air con and has a little more comfortable suspension lol guess its just time to move on, shane u said u want a drift project here it is lol :D

Well my lunch time trip to JSM was a huge success, I found Jason to be alot more helpful, not puting Dave down hes still a good bloke. So now what i need to do is get my ecu part number and draw a pin diagram of the plug etc. I hate being 6 foot 3 getting to my ecu my be fun...... :D Reason I asked was my girlfriend works nightfill at caz and so does my mum..... lol

yeah i know the dude who owns the blue 86 his name is daniel hes running a GT2871 with about 18psi I think it was he was getting 160rwkw on the old turbo set up. The car is currently for sale on carsales for around 16g's.

also I won't be competing I just polished my car lol and I don't have a full set of stockies P.S not sure about the offset of the stockies anyways cuz if i remember my car is running spacers not sure been awhile since i changed them anyways lol

nah turbo ftmfw lol, I am searching around for gze bottom end prices, at first I just want to either whack in new gze pistons/rings and bolt on my 20V head or buy a 2nd hand gze bottom end and bolt to the 20V head and go from there. If it goes kapoot I will do a full rebuild of the engine. I want to keep it under $10000 as much as possible. I have heard the gze bottom end and 20V head arn't that bad of a combo and I figure using the bottom end from a gze will be cheaper then rebuilding my engine with the pistons, I bought the idea up with my daddy.... he was like you are spending more money on the motor then you did the car but yeah I should be proceeding with the plan as I would rather spend $10000+ on the rolla then sell the rolla and spend say 15000 on a new car lol
