  1. as far as I'm aware - no, but ke70 struts with the ke30 top hat should bolt in
  2. oh those hahaha, sorry, just normal rims lol. theres heaps of those over here in NZ aye, but they just have hub caps, most commonly found on FWD cars, but some rwd corollas have them at the wreckers..
  3. use the search, but if your a mechanic, you should know the basic tuning principles to extract power, carbs, exhaust, cams etc
  4. do you have any pics? are they a factory rim or aftermarket?

  7. 3SGTE for me, the engine I'm currently building up, estimating around 350rwkw :dance: should power the corolla along quite nicely. and erm..its a 1G-GTE engine :D not 1GTTE

  9. 3k-c has the california emissions standard, i had aquick flick through my engine manuals, and couldnt find any differences
  10. as far as i know, it hasnt been done in NZ, so ner :thumbsup::P another ute id love to get my hands on is the toyota stout - from the '70s, its pretty much the jap version of the ford f100, apparently some came with the 3t motor :dance:

  12. utes are nice..lots of people do them over here, body kits, and then airbag suspension, I'm looking at getting a ute for a tow vehicle, possibly a van, one ute id really like is the subaru brumby - they look cool, but we didnt really get them over here, iv seen a couple, but yeah..
  13. well, they are the same as the KE30s and then they put the square headlights in and a squarer bumper, i think it looks cool anyone wanna trade for a rounder setup :thumbsup:

  22. haha, nah, i just fill it back up through the shifter hole - it takes around 1.5 ltrs, my sump drain plug on the engine (3K) was a 19mm, but my new engine is only a 14mm (3SGTE) thanks for all ya help dudes
  23. haha, after going through my complete socket set, we have found it. its a 24MM socket :P thanks for your help guys :) first g/box oil change in about 5 years :D mmm yummy
  24. hey - yes, i did a search, but it didnt bring anything up. iv decided to drain the oil for once in my k40 g/box, does anyone know what size socket to use to remove the drain plug ? cheers David
  25. well, not sure on shipping. but you wont have much luck finding one over here that someone, will be wanting to sell and go through the hassle of exporting. they are rare over here, and very rarely come up for sale. good luck **edit** i do know of a white one, but it is owned by an older fellow, I'm not sure if he would be keen on exporting it, but i could ask how much are you looking at spending ? don't also forget that europe got them, same with malaysia (sp)
