  1. Try putting raw fuel into the manifold again, hold the piston open wide in the carby with your finger and crank, see what happens I guess? By rights with fuel, spark, compression it should fire, or even kick, oh and does the carb have oil in it? cheers!
  2. And it sux that bills don't get any cheaper, hang in there, let the car be motivation!
  3. You poor guy, at least you'll have a backyard now!
  4. Yeah I'm in the same boat, still tying to get a consistent layer of grass even after 2 years, round up has become too expensive, regular unleaded is cheaper, ha ha.
  5. The rain over the last two days, GREEN GRASS FINALLY!!! YAY!!

  7. Yeah your right, our drive in slot time is super early.
  8. You wont have a drama at all with 15x7 +12, ive got this size on two of my ke30's and no dramas at all. Lowered, one car running 205/50's on all four and the other running 195/50's all round, cheers!
  9. Renovating is good with a house worth while, is it big? Woodford is getting to far out of the way, plenty of acreages on the coast though..............
  10. Yeah ok, ill even take a rolla this time, last meet was 690+ cars on display.
  11. First one for the year, 1st feb, starts at 6, who's going?

  20. Queensland weather, rains for almost 6 months since the start of the year, most of the state drought declared not long after, now raining again almost every day, back to mowing almost every second day, WTF!
  21. Its good to see you have researched and have an idea on where you wan't to go with your car, it all points into the direction of a good little street car. It's very hard to roll all of your purposes into one car. Having an all-rounder including track and drift?, most of what you have suggested won't be relevant. A K series engine for track/drift is the first major fail, also lack of knowledge being a beginner is a major disadvantage. It's certainly a major task your taking on first your first time, although that's what the rolla club community is here for. And in saying that, an individual can certainly learn/acquire skills to save money, not doubting that. Maybe later on down the track when you get a good paying job, look at going down the road of a purpose built track/ drift car at a later stage. Cars can be major money pits! I have both built cars myself, and paid for work to be done, major $$ difference.
  22. Your right, Toyota made sure the one wiring loom worked for all models, both under bonnet and under dash reverse light wires, cheers!
  23. Your on the money guys, its the position for the rear glass demister switch and light, not all ke30's came with them, both of my ke30 2 doors were not fitted with them. Instead there was a small factory filler panel to hide the hole which just clips in, cheers!
  24. I would have too reed, I too have had idiots try that before.............
  25. Love those wheels, I have a similar set on one of mine! cheers!
