  10. ^^^^^^Personally I'd just leave the stock air intake on, with the money you spend on a sports air cleaner, just put it towards a weber. As for fuel and timing, it really won't hurt it, just put in fuel of choice and I'd say 12 deg would be safe on a stock 4k, cheers!
  11. Heya banjo, My past experience is the "O" ring faces outwards. Entirely up to you, but I put a smear of sealant over the "O" ring and outer bearing surface just to give it that extra piece of mind and as a backup, For that "Just incase I pinch the O ring while putting it back in" scenario, cheers!

  23. Don't suppose you could take photo's of the relays? Yours could be different to the Australian delivered 30's we have over here, cheers!
  24. Just check your fuses, can't remember off hand but I think part of the charging system may be fused at the fusebox under one of the circuits, and could be the problem as to why nothing is working, cheers!
