i had a look at it in carsales. Looks ok. when you go to take a look at it make sure you look carefully for any rust. also i may be wrong but all the attention he's given to the appearance of the car rather than the way it runs or handles could be an indication of how its been treated... this is just by looking at the ad though so again, go take a look in person to get a better idea. an indication of price, i bought a JDM GT-APEX with a lot of money spent on suspension and 4 to 1 extractors for 10k. 5 grand for a local, 4ac, open diff stocka may be a little steap. but again go take a look at it to get a better idea. good luck :lolcry:

the 4ac is pretty poo. single cam version of a 4age... what you gonna be using it for? if you want a car for drift, u'll need to spend a lot more money on engine, suspension and drivline.. how much rust has it got? where abouts you located? got any pics of the car?

glad to hear you got your car back dude, but with all that stuff you said you had in your car... it may be better off stolen haha. Just kidding mate, i know how girlfriends can be when it comes to car accessories. Mine bought me some HSV seat covers for my corolla just last week :P

i would have thought any car electrician would be able to do it. to them a car should just be like any other car in terms of wiring. although i could be wrong.

There is a lot of useful info in the FAQ. also i bet someone will tell you to search pretty soon, there are heaps of info in other threads. i recommend getting blacktop if your getting a 20valve. apparently they have stronger rods so its one less headache latter if you want more power... which everyone always does :lolcry:

hey guys, got a bit of time on my hands which got me wondering about the external look of my kaysev.. I'm gonna be going for the chrome bumber, lowered deepdish sort of look but just can;t make up my mind as to what lights to have, thats where you blokes come in.. i did a quick little chop up (2 minutes in MS Paint) of the 2 versions to make it a bit easyer.. if anyone has any skill maybe they could make a better one up for me? :P PS - i dunno whos the original car is but if they want me to take it down because i didnt ask permision, just ask. cheers guys,

just on a side note. the v8 quad cam toyota engine (forgot the model name right now) i heard is a good conversion for the hilux if u want lots of torque. definatly stay away from dropping the chev in the rolla... it would be like dropping a anchor on tin foil.

hey guys, Just wondering if anyone knows a good guy to go to for a engine conversion for a ke70. I'm in south east melbourne area. i was planning to get most of this done myself but with lack of a garage I'm all out of ideas. I'm pretty sure its been done before. However there is a lot of modding to be done and the gearbox is very heavy (is my understanding) although i could be wrong. any one shed some more light on this? i just know someone is gonna reply telling you to do a search too :)

looks the goods man, the chrome bumper really makes the twin headlights stand out. i love it :)

it would go really quick but any hint of a turn and it will understeer into a tree. it would do mad burnouts tho :)

yeah from what i see its most likly someone you know. mount a cheap camera inside looking out, so when they do it again (and they probably will) you can be all ninja and catch 'em in the act... or just get a shitbox with a turbo so you can still zoom around and not worry about it.

sounds like faulty hadware. Take the power supply back and see what they say. The drivers thing.. what do you mean it thinks its running two apps? if you are having trouble deleting drivers then a full format could be an option or delete the right registery keys. but if you don't know what you deleting then it could do more harm then good.
