Ahk yeah my dad had his GT steering wheel done and now its overrated, part was done in Sydney and some here in Adelaide Yeah thats what I figure, or get a few of them and swap all the good parts onto one eg find one with overrated back, put on mine. Find another with overrated centre with all circles, fit to mine with my horn button, and varnish the rim. Cheers, Ben.

Hey guys (and girls) I have a woodgrain KE25 steering wheel that I sourced pretty cheaply for my KE20. It took me ages to find someone willing to part with one. Its pretty good overall but...the back of the spokes are cracked, its missing two of the little circle inserts, and the wooden rim is pretty good but some of the varnish is faded. My dad had his steering wheel for his XY done someplace interstate I pretty sure. Anyone know of any place in Adelaide that can restore classic steering wheels? Or am I better off trying to find a overrated one? Cheers, Ben.

Spotted the same white KE10 yesterday at West Beach in the same spot that I spotted it in last time I saw it there. The same car I also spotted a week ago, and it now rolls on 12"s pretty tidy car Cheers, Ben.

Yeah I guessed as much Will.. but at this stage, cars I can drive take priority in my driveway over a car which I would be stripping my offer still stands to potential buyer, will pay good money for the cream interior or can swap for minta brown interior Cheers, Ben.

Yeah back when I had it it had about 135,000km on it was a very good little 3K, very slow though, and very loud Took it to Mallala a few weeks after I bought it, had 4 people in the car and and sat on 100km/h was a real headache haha If the body on the 2nd one is better, just use that one as a base imo. from what I remember my old one did have a bit of rust in the rhs chassis rail...and from what Cam was telling me when he had painted it he found alot of rust in the rear quarters, sills etc :jamie: Really it wouldve been alot better left the original colour, the paint was pretty good, pretty much no rust was evident back then, not to mention that the respray was very dodgy aswell :hmm: Cheers, Ben.

Nah Chobis mate, when I first saw that one advertised on here I thought it could be the one I saw at West Beach but the one I saw was very low, on silver steelies, whitewalls, venetians and a round mirror just on the drivers side. Cheers, Ben.

pretty sure that sly-070 is stock spotted a white KE10 today on Greenhill rd about 10:20am, looked pretty tody, lowered on stockies. Could've been the one I seen at West Beach a few weeks ago without the 14s and whitewalls. Many things were similar Cheers, Ben.

Really like the black strips on this and the exact rims I am currently looking for but I would be looking for more like 14x7 -5 Cheers, Ben.
