hey guys apparently its been ages sence i posted in here. not many updates on te wagon. just the normal lil things. fitted a pod filter to open it up a lil. REALLY need to get numbers for lowering coils and short shocks, if not ill get stock and reset them and fit short shocks... then ill get an exhaust done

mines a manual 4afe, and the temp needle lives at half way... only ever moved once when i towed the motor bike trailor... but has never crept up at all ...

Hey guys, Details for the upcoming cruise Meet at 8:45AM Sunday 10th October -Lowe Ovan Carpark, side of Sports Drive, Just off Springwood rd, Springwood We will endeavour to leave here by 9:15am!! Shoot directly onto the hwy northbound, up along riverside expressway and onto the ramp for the ICB, here we will take a left onto milton rd before actually getting onto the ICB. Turn right onto Hale St, Right to the end then turn left onto Musgrave Rd and just following this onto Waterworks rd. FIRST FUEL&FOOD STOP At the end of Waterworks rd, just before Nebo, there is a Mobil Servo on the right hand side, we will re-group here, those who need it can get fuel & drinks can do this here. We will them proceed over Nebo & Glorious, Maybe stop at one of the lookouts if everyone wants to, if not, we will go directly over the mountains and on to Somerset Dam. At Somerset we will hopefully organise a BBQ, at this stage BYO drinks and gold coin donation for a sausage sambo. Ill try to organise some fun & games if anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated as it would be cool to make it a bit more fun than 'just a cruise'. It is a Toyota/Lexus cruise, all Toyota/Toyota powered cars welcome, however if you cannot hitch a ride in one, you are more than welcome to tag along in any sort of car you want, but when we park up at somerset i'd ask that you let all Toyotas park in a group for some photos. i no its a long shot, but who u remember what suspension geasr u used to lower the wagon.... i wanna lower mine ASAP.

ok its been a while sence ive posted on here, but its time again... I'm in need of a RHF parker lence assy, and a RHR tail light assy, i need them so i can get a rwc... unless someone around town can help me out in that department... any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated

ok a quick update. i am currently on my trip back to brisbane. i had a blow out from a front tyre 2 days ago, so replaced front rubbers. but other then that, the lil wagon is hootin along like a dream... no other mods except the 500-600kg or crap in the rear lowering it down nicely

yea man same seats. ill do some looking at cutting the bases off when i get back to brissy. even if i make a mount to bolt the seats onto original rails... dno will investigate when i get home

they will be getting fitted when i get back to brisbane. i have a feelin I'm goin to have to make up solid base and fit the WRX seats on it.... sorry Evan, that wont happen :yes:

being given a set of 98 WRX frint bucket seats. now my issue is. how hard to fit? yes i no ill need engineering, but willl it need to be done as soon as the seats are mounted ????

lol i miss my poor man GZE, had to finally give up and replace power steering pump. now its just slow, even feels slower then before :jamie: not long till i get back to brisvagas. then start working on suspension and investing ion a 20v and other needed parts to turbo it :jamie:

dude UPDATE on the 11 i was expecting all sort of nasty comments regarding the wagon when u got home, if u were here now we got some huge cruises going, last week aws 40 cars, and next week should be bigger

nahh mate easy as... took me probs 45s mins each side, including time for me to dick around and make a few JD and coke :( simply take ur calipers off, slide the piston back in with multigrips or a piston pusher, take the bracket off, pull the rotor off/hit with hammer to loosen rust seal/use two bolts to undo them carefully :lol:, then i sprayed the rotors with brake clean to get directional stickers off, simply slide then back onto hubs, and reit everything. if possible keep the lil anti-vib shims... ill be looing into KYB shocks and king springs, when i get back to brissy, let us know how ya go mate

ok ok ok my sexcy slotted rotors arrived and got fitted day after :lol: they are so great to be behind, so responsive over my old glazzed rotors... running the new pads is magic, wish my first rolla had this braking setup :(

thanks womble, but i manged to guess and get the hoses right on weekend. all seems to be good, and i don't have any wet carpet atm. all i can think of , is the car has been in the NT its entire life and somebody undone them just coz they can

XMOHT- have u not seen Moe's Rollabus... now that has ALOT of passion into it BUNKER. i personlay think the kit looks tacky, but other wise looks like it will be fun

still no rotors yet :-( i will take a few happy snaps for yas. i want to find a nice set of 15s with open face spokes to show off my pretty rotors. when i get back to qld, ill put the car on jacks and remove the calipers and paint them, just unsure of what colour. whilst the front end is up getting rotors done illreplace the power steering pump, as my current one is noisy and it will be rebuilt when i get back to qld

looks like fun... ashley took the scoop off the 70 ;) pissed off i missed it
