U need to get ke30 jap diff axles for ke20 jap diff Ke30 bogwarner axles for ke20 bogwarner diff Took me 2 yrs to find a set off ke30 jap axles

I'm running a 3kb head on 5k block with flat top pistons at 10.5 comp standard headbolts and head gasket never had any problems

Should be the same as 4k they run a 4k crank in 5k block

U should be only running 80ponnd seat pressure spring

That's what I payed for my set off rods off the shelf $495+$20postage to sa I payed $450 for my 7k h beams from spool plus using a 3/4k head to low the comp cause they have a larger combustion chamber

Use 4age pistons and spool custom 131mm c to c h beam 5k rods $495 a set

I used NDC bearings in my 5k and 7k had no problems both running 10.1

I would use spool h beam rods and 4age pistons and stud the mains and the head be very strong then

My engine shop the head ows me about $600

its a special grind lift is around the 45-500 mark getting a roller camshalft made to try atm

Only 1.2mm bigger But there are 103.8 long Comes down to ur head porter and the cc of the chamber

I'm build a 7k I have used the following 7afe h beam rods spool make these Acl race bearing through out Acl race piston Chrome moly rings Chrome moly push rods Balance everything Three layer head gasket I got a lj xu1 cam grind done Used a k bigport head that's fully ported to about 36mm runners Match ported manifold A15 valves 5 angle race valve grind Double valves springs I run about 11.1 comp I'm using twin 32/26 webers with electric fuel pump Custom extractors and exhust Recurved electric disturtor with msd box and coil I'm making about 120kw at flywheel on engine dyno at 6700rpm

I used the ex and in valves from the a15 engine in my 3k bigport head but you have to cut seat to suit the valves
