Hey everyone been lurkin on the forums for a while now and decided to start a build thread for my ke55. The plans are pretty simple; Sand it back and fix all the rust and total open door respray (not certain on what colour yet, any ideas?) Worked 4k/5k. Specs will be, Knife edge crank, bored 60thou, 12.8 to 1 compresion ratio, custom grind cam, smallport head, (they make more power) 350 holley, custom made extractors with 2'' straight through with a spintek muffler and a lightened fly wheel. Iv been racing ke55's for about 5 years now and know how to get them going, and with a dyno in my shed it will be quite easy ;). Need to source a 5 speed! if anyone has one in WA let me know! R31 diff Import some jdm wheel 15x8's get the interior refinished in blaaaaaaaack coilover sleeves for the front? and then all the over obvious one like lowering sound system etc... Here's a couple pics of what it looks like now.
