you mean the THRUST bearing ... did a new clutch in december thats when i did the spigot bearing and thrust bearing is there any chance i could be from putting the clutch plate in backwards? -

the spigot bearing is near new (5000km's) ... what are the throwout bearings :D and i have all of my sockets still :P -

earlier this week i put a ke70 5 speed in my car and since then i have noticed a rather quiet rattle coming from what i thought was the tailshaft shroud. but today it has become much worse and you can only hear it when you drop back gears of just as your changing up. it sounds like its coming from around the clucth area. any ideas what it is???

i got both the ke30 and 55 books off ebay. sbox if you think these books would help me where could i get a toyota handbook for the 4k as I'm doing a rebuild now

well it was enivitable ... blew up the gearbox on sunday night while i was delivering pizzas, lost second and it didnt like 3rd :P on monday shot down to my mates and we did a box change and now i got a ke70 5 speed in it

theres a metallic blue ke30-50 getting around the modbury area with a faded tail/stop light original front mudflaps and i think that its got stockies ... i see it all the time when I'm workin
