not that hard to get a hold of, we have 15 instore. good points are the unlimited data, bad points are the actual handset (not as many functions as i would like) new one out next month according to our reps... next g compatible one not till next year. btw, we had a guy come in with a 98 page telstra bill, total cost = $109. in theory you could send $10k worth of messages for $30 a month

where did all these crazy conversions come from, theres been heaps lately. any reason you chose the rb20 or a sr20? just curious

I started work at a phone shop, don't have internet at home so i bought a hiptop. $30 a month for unlimited data sounds pretty good by me, means i can check emails and watch youtube all day no matter where i am. The handset isnt the prettiest thing but it works so... just curious as to wether anyone else has one or has seen them?

seeing as this is a forum based on cars i will give you my only major one. All the people who buy a car and put big wheels and a exhaust, then tell everyone how it is somehow "unique" from every other bog stock v8 commodore or xr6 or whatever and so much quicker. Do something unique, take the $8000 you probably spent on ICE wheels and paint and get a drive in drive out twin turbo kit for your ss. I don't care if its your favourite car, you can do what you want to it its your choice i wont say otherwise. Just don't try and tell me I'm wrong for picking a car that i like and spending my money they way i want. Everyone has different tastes, learn to accept it and be content with yours. /end rant

i was doing the same conversion before i moved from the sunny coast back to brisvegas. i just need to get the engine into the car atm, so any info would be a great help to me aswell

you can also get kits to fit ej20 or ej25's out of subies... i have a 67 convertible :dance:

sorry to drag this up. but the car has been on hold for a little while. i doubt i am living on the sunny coast anymore, might go back to vegas and stay with the parentals to save money and get it done! but the rust and paint prep is still going on, the more time he takes the less I'm paying so bleh. next step. diff aquisition and making up my mind on front suspension! i actually like the wheels alot, where did you get them from? and what size and caliper specs are the mitsu front brakes?

My 20 has a 4k and 4 spd, with rejetted carb extractors and exhaust (that we know of) and it goes great, its alot quicker than my my ke55. Btw it will all be up for sale soon, along with the celica radiator and just about everything else from the engine bay.

i have a 67 convertible, was the car dad wanted to fix up with me but i moved away :) i rate them highly
