So we had a welder around to check it out and said it was to hard to do for him :/ some people have told me to scrap it because the rust is structual, what should i do??

Update. Got hold of a tailgate with no rust!, but has a big dent in it. Still sanding and bogging :/

UPDATE! rear window is out and found lost of rust. ened up getting another tailgate with no rust! but had few dents
