UPDATE- Bought another 4k from a ke70 and put that in took all the egr stuff off and used my old Mani and Weber. Will upload pics later of the engine painted the bonnet came up ok its darker then the rest of the car, but one day ill wax it.

So far ive only had 3 problems with the car so far.... 1st thing was my fuel pump diaphragm went so we got a new one from autobaurn now its working fine. then the rear tyres split and last the exhaust snapped before the flange in the middle. sounded good for about 10 minutes then it got annoying so i pulled the one off the white car since its not on the road

I picked up a set of Enkei supersharks 13x6 5.5 offset the fronts had a decent about of tread and the rears were bald and i picked up some lowered kings springs from a guy in Munruben. ill put them in as soon as i get some lowering blocks.

I'm thing about putting the 5k in soon. does anyone know if i need a modplate??

The white wagon doesnt start need help doing the coil, any ideas on how to get it started?

Drives pretty good now, love the induction sound from the weber and i picked up a 5k the other day :y:

Monday night dad took my car to tennis and somehow the window got smashed :angrybird:

UPDATE - She's now on the road. First drive was shit the carby was clogged,timing was off and it had a exhaust leak. So we drove her to the mechanics and got it all fixed, instead of rebuilding the standard carby i had a 32/36 weber laying around so i got him to rebuild that one. Will get a photo later of the weber

Still have to paint the bonnet. (The bar on the white car isnt bolted in)

Went to go park it then it started leaking coolant from the water pump..turned out the gasket was rooted so i cut a new one up and put it back together. No leaks!

Its FINALLY off the jacks and one the ground drove it out on to the grass then washed it :rock:

5ish months later she finally start, main hiccup was the previous owner put the wrong bolts in for the exhaust manifold so I had to rethread them. Then the brakes seized so in stead of getting them rebuilt I got my hands on a set of Ke70 struts. I was going use the struts but instead I just used the brakes from them.

forgot to mention when i got the yellow car it came with a grey 2 door ke36 sadly it had to much rust and mum didnt want the house filled with corolla's. so we ended up stripping as much as could in 3 hours. We managed to get the motor (3k) gearbox,windscreen,wheels and some interior parts.

I thought i would start a new thread because i got another ke36 and try make this thread better.. so the car is a Ke36 1976 came with a smokey 3k then swapped it out for a shitty 4k. first day picking her up
