Auto hubs packed it in today and lock and unlock when they want. Pings a lot on 91 but that's all i could get at the time.

I'm out. Stupid auto hubs packed it in today and make some very unsexy noises whilst moving, I did get it muddy though.

Got shifter, linkages, front half of ke70 shaft and torque converter. Cooler lines too. Thanks for the offer though.

Ive got the trimatic so I'm going to do a test fit. Got it for free so no harm done. The toyoglide bellhousing completely sits in the tunnel and the trimatic bellhousing seems to be a simlier size but from the pics it might be a no go but ill try.

A 195 on a 9 inch rim is far from legal, In QLD anyway. Same with a 15x9 -10.

5k and a four speed would better than the 3k and toyoglide.

Whats the ratio in a manual ke11 and a toyoglide ? I really want an overdrive so long cruises/trips don't leave my ears ringing.

Will it fit in the tunnel though but I'm liking the idea so far I see. I'm ok with it being slow but the revs at 100kph suck balls.

Will a trimatic fit into a ke11 to replace the toyoglide ? Linkages and tail shaft isn't an issues but tunnel clearance is.

Borg warner has a plate on the rear of the diff centre that you unbolt. Jap has bolts on the tailshaft side of the diff that bolts the centre and carrier as one unit.

I have my 32/36 facing the "wrong way" and no issues and its a on a 4x4 so it gets on some big angles. -
Theres 4 blokes. Together we should be able to pull a k motor out in about 30mins pending what drinks are around. Could take a day. I can get a engine crane for a few days and i could lend out my engine stand while you build up bits. I have many tools too.

Don't be like that. Get the parts together then smash it in a weekend, Maybe a long weekend. I am sure there are people on here that would help for the price of lunch and maybe booze if people drink. I would help if given a few weeks notice to sort my shit. Can pickup larger parts if need be from around Brisbane.
