  1. ditch the skyline steelies and get a set of 14" RA40 celica steelies with 185/60's or 175's Will look and fit better...
  2. Thats pretty cheap, I wouldnt get the large flat panels such as the bonnet, roof and qtr panels sandblasted as they may warp from the heap

  10. Hi Guys My starlet got defected for rust. Now id like some recommendations on some places to go to... The rust is in the drivers side roof gutter channel and spans the whole length of the car. Pretty big job, tried to do it myself but too big a job for me. Basically ive already stripped the car, and already grinded back/wire wheeled and strip it disc'd the areas to be repaired... Basically worst rust is entire drivers side roof gutter, along the drivers side A piller where the right side of the front windscreen sits, panel behind the hatch at the top where the roof meets the hatch, couple bubbles near fuel filler cap (nothing major) and three spots along the edge of the roof above the front windscreen. Just needs some new metal folded up nicely and welded in correctly. Tried to weld but my welder is freaking shit and is 20 years old, to much splatter. Found it hard finding someone who I can trust to do a good job, it is a very intricate job being a roof gutter, and the risks of the roof going wavy but someone who knows what they are doing will be able to do it no worries. I have found crash repairers don't wont to touch this sort of work anymore, pathetic really, so I have found its a job more suited to today's restorers , metal fabrication experts... Any recommendations on places to go please let me know, need it back on the road asap. Thanks Tally
  11. Don't like the lip myself, correct te27 one would look good though. Ae86 struts way to go man, nearly identical to te27 struts so won't have many issues

  14. most places seem to be able to find ke20 stuff easier then KE25 stuff, however ke20 stuff not always the same as ke25
  15. don't paint the front end trim all black, makes it look tacky, paint it the factory grey/silver
  16. looks great man good work!
  17. About 20 years ago my dad had two of these sitting in our backyard, someone broke in and stole then, one was white and the other was red, wish we still had them. Still got a front grill off one and a front chrome trim and indicator lense. Awesome looking coupe and very rare. There was a red one for sale in Adelaide few months back that needed restoration...
  18. lol 4k in ae71
  19. why would you want to do that?
  20. Plain and simple answer is: NO! lol They wont fit, although similar in design, still totally different shape and wont bolt in, would need fabrication of the tail-light section on your ke20, plus would look wack
