ok but my problem is, there is no door position in the assembly :hammer: it only have one position............ it is only to switch on the room lamp so :wtf: this door switches for???????????????????

here's a little update took the seats to reupholster ( only the sitting part was out of stitches ) it is still in original seat covers with this unique emboss beauties and then i cleaned up the winder handles ( there were lot of grease on the back of it........ i don't know why :hmm: ) then did some paint job then it was time to get the hammer and something straight and solid, and straightened up this aluminum panels decided to clean the dash before cleaning i oiled the cables in the heater control unit and here's the unit and here's the complete dash yeh enjoy......... :hail:

thanks friend and here i bought a couple of fog lamps ..... 55w and round head , didn't thought to get some bigger ones because bigger ones means you cover up your grill.......... :yes:

some thing i forgot to tell you......... replaced wiper blades with new old stock ( not actually new a bit.......... just a bit used......) trico wiper blades........ i like them because they are old and curved nicely as the windshield........ :rocknroll: and the cleaned center console but not an old school radio polished the rear boot lid chrome trim replaced the brackets with PVC plates and new bolts (old brackets had rust and no way to repair them) enjoy.........

hey trevor i have a question to ask........... because i saw that you got some Ke30 struts for your 20. is it the same suspension system in ke30?????????? i mean can you use the ke30 system in a ke20?????????? :hmm:

Bit more improvement........... front wiper panel welded up and the windshield fit perfectly............... :wootjump: and did some delicate art on rear RHS vent and LHS fuel cap i like mat finish.........and polished them up for good chrome shine this oldies have lot of chrome finish here and there........ oh such a beauty......... love it :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: enjoy..............

Yeh thanks....... its good to pull out our skills and do as much as we can. try to think like this := " how did OEM made this thing " and " can i do it at home??????" and say " ok lets do it "....... :wootjump:

Update time.................... wiper panel and rust under the dash repaired now the wiper panel need to be welded :thumbsup: under dash And the front lower piece of metal finished metalwork in front that's all for now............ hope you enjoy :y:

here's some pics of a new result cleaning after 37 years 140 and 160 km/h milestones were faded away so i repainted them to original red/orange color but it has some bits of cracks on the lenses due to sun rays, i don't know how to fix them :oops: anyone knows how to fix it???????? if so it will be a great help

another fun thing completed.....................my father always says Do It Yourself as much as possible so i obey him and made this also father bought me a rod of lead. :elvis: took another one's emblem and got it's mold into ( i don't know what it is called, the bricks are made out of it) ;) let it for a complete air dry fire up my blow lamp , melt the rod and paw into the mold ( first time didn't came good just ugly) :scarymovie: so took the mold to a father's friend who works in radiator repair center and got his help :osama: he paw it pretty nicely and a little sand work made it look like now :y:

thanks a lot friends............. all your appreciations helps to keep my work better :y: :y: :y: and here's my emblems which sits on the fenders........ but they have some kind of damage due to pop rivet it is the main idiot thing done to an emblem......... they don't care about the little pins which on the back of the emblems....... :down: they just take a flat head screwdriver and blast it off.........urrrr i hate those people who damage emblems....... :storm:
