  1. *awaits pics*
  2. thank you for that info.
  3. Is there a way for the moderators to change the title of this topic? Id rather be named "Ryan's TE31" I looked in my profile info, and I can't seem to fine any rename deal anywhere.
  4. Then I had to go for a little drive.
  5. Black Teks would look amazing on a yellow rolla like yours
  6. I started to buff my 36 year old paint with various rubbing componds and waxes. I used an electric buffer, and worked for over an hour on an easy part of the car (trunk / boot lid). After what little was achieved I gave up on restoring the paint and figured if it would take that kind of effort i might as well just prep and paint it. With a little more time to work on the car I started another project. Pics will give you a hint: Ill have some time tomorrow so ill just see how far I get.
  7. Thanks. ill have more of the interior when I get the new seats in.
  8. I have 2 Hobie 14' catamarans. Mine are quite small too. Here is a link of what I have done to it so far: http://www.thebeachcats.com/forums/viewtopic/topic/13382
  9. Nice. Do you have a before pic?
  10. I am loving the look of your engine compartment. It is very simply and clean (taking notes). Keep the ideas- ahem I mean updates rollin.
  11. Looks like fun. Welcome
  12. Welcome to the forums. Looks like you have a nice start on this car. I think mine has the same bonnet or hood trim that you made. Keep at it, It looks good.
  13. Nice build. Seems I am not the only rolla owner that also has a boat.
  14. messing around and made this: It makes my faded paint not look so bad.
  15. Looks good. Looks good with that paint. 2 door TE3x are nearly impossible to find where I live.
  16. cool commuter.
  17. Did some work in the trunk (boot) today. I pulled everything out and gave it a good cleaning. Found some rust in the spare tire area and ground it out with a wire wheel. I am not sure what the best thing is to do with all the tiny holes, so I just hit it with some rust sealer until I figure out what to do with it. TADA! Thoughts or comments appriciated.
  18. Problem is now fixed. Needle and seat were correct. A bit of junk from the fuel lines got caught in the needle / seat. After sorting this issue and linkage, car runs good.
  19. That looks like WAY too much fun.
  20. SWEET WAGON! Looks good in white.
  21. wow. I kinda knew I stole them. I got the seats for $60. I got both front with sliders / stands, and the back seat.
  22. A Buick v6 in a rolla! That things gonna be quick. Someone I know has a little Chevy Vega with a Buick v6 and a 5 speed. It scoots down that drag strip.
  23. I just noticed, I haven't shared the images of my seats and rims. The seats are newly ulpustered with extra padding. Boy are these things comfy. They match my car quite well so i snagged them even though I wanted black. (it was a 1/2 off day at the pick a part). Picked these off a Celica Supra for $49. they are in overrated condition other than the little scuff we put in them while taking them off. Id mount them now, but the tire is way too wide. 235 wide is a bit much for what I'm after.
  24. HE LIVES! The carb is done. the distributor is functioning. I can drive it down the road without having to tow it back using the dodge.
