thanks altezza club, i will have a probe around, it has the same prob as before i replaced the reg, and when the fuse blows everything on the ACC circuit and ON circuit still seem to run, jus the charge light stays on and the alt wont charge

This is a new reg i got it last week. Could the wiring i. It be different?

ok so late reply. but after mucking around a bit, i found that if i unplug the voltage reg but keep the alternator all hooked up the fuse wont blow, however as soon as I connect the voltage regulator the fuse blows again!

replaced voltage reg and fuse still blowing anyone got any ideas??

Hey guys, i have some issues with the water plumbing in my ke30, I put a 3kb in it and it used to have a 4k,. but it seems the water is not circulating properly 1. there is a hosetail on the back of the head that I have not seen before, where does this go?? currently I have connected it to the hold in the side of the head that would normally flow into the standard manifold ( am running side drafts so it would not connect into aftermarket manifold) 2. I have a custom thermostat housing that has the top hose outlet and one extra outlet that runs straight to the heater(in place of the red hose , the upper of the two pipes on the firewall. (not in above pic) 3. the purple line as above has been blanked off. and the green runs straight to the lower heater fitting on the firewall also there seems to be some black water that has leaked onto the floor inside the cabin. but it is not oily.. just black.. so i don't know why water is not circulating but I can't find a diagram for the 3kb water lines

seems to blow before the engine starts, just when the key is in on position. will try trace it back cheers

Hi guys, in my ke30 fuse box the 15A fuse labelled "engine" keeps blowing, and my charge light is staying on, is there something related between the two ? and what does the "engine" fuse connect to? cheers all!
